Losing files, programs and settings after restart of the system or of the judgment

Whenever I restart or star - with respect to a previous stop, restarting my laptop with programs and missing files. The only way to solve this problem is to restore the system several times until I have the chance. Why is this happening?

It seems that the profile does not work correctly then try these methods to solve the problem.
