  TANUJ response should work, but the time and Date on both devices must be more much the same as possible.   Check the time and date on BOTH devices.

• Download Lightroom on a new computer?

  I bought an older version of Lightroom on my now crushed macbook pro.  I just upgraded to a new mac and want to download Lightroom.  When I sign into Adobe, however, the only option I seem to find is to re-purchase of Lightroom.  There is no information when I consult my account profile, etc... so I'm at a loss for installation on my new system.  Any ideas?

• Printing problems Lightroom CC

  I'm trying to print on a Canon Pixma Pro 100 from the impression Lightroom CC module and it keep printing photo contact sheet type and not what is visible on the screen. No matter what size print, or what model to choose, I get the same result. I'm sure it's an easy fix, but I am at a loss of what is happening. I checked and re-checked the layout, the configuration of the printer and the layout, set up. Here's a screenshot of what I'm doing and also a shot of what actually prints. Can anyone help?   I have the Canon Pixma Pro-100. The type of printing that you are showing is called a print template, and I can produce one of those by activating the utility provided with the printer called Print Studio Pro. But, to my knowledge, this is the only way I know to activate this sense of reason.

  I am at a loss, I called sales, they could not help and put me through a few other duded, who could not forbear!   I was the export of files throughout the day with no problems until recently. All my settings are the same as before.
