  I'm on a Mac (snow leopard), and the problem occurs usually when I try to access my work email (Outlook Web Access). I get a box telling me that I have to update some Quicktime components, but never what says. (And my installation of Quicktime seems to be up-to-date.) He sometimes will allow me to ignore the error, but most of the time that it just hangs.

  I asked my service provider and he has a solution. Apparently, the format of the audio file, OWA sends in the notification of receipt of a new message is not understood by the default quicktime plugin. A work around is to disable the option to have a sound played upon receipt of new messages ('play a sound when new items'). It can be found under Options | Settings, mail tab.

  If we can know just what audio format is used by OWA, it would be possible to determine the good plugin and have the option active once again, without accidents or redirects.

  I searched on this but haven't found all answers, or anyone who seems to have the same problem that I get.

  I can use my Win 7 Desktop Office 100% fine, network cable, no problem, "nothing has changed" for months. SB Server 2011

  I can log the Web remote access: Remote space fine and can download files, etc. Any fine.

  I can see the 'Connect' button for my computer desktop, but when I press on it and enter my username and password, I get "the trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed."  I tried several remote computers XP and Win 7, always the same.

  I am sure that when I'm back in the office, the local logon will be fine as it always has been.

  Any suggestions?

I have configured the management interface of WLC for an ip address from that subnet. Port 0 is connected to a switch of 3560 G. I put the switch port to a port of access to the management of VLANs and I tried to make the switch as a trunk port, with the vlan native on the vlan management. I'm not able to ping, or access the web GUI remotely through the management VLAN. Is it normal?

  Note - You must children all wlan r mapped with management interface before any change in CLI.

• I can't "Save as source" a MP4 object web page in Firefox 6 for MAC

  I have MP4 download music VIMEO. When I click on the link on their website to download the video, it downloads and opens to a Web page of firefox. I used to be able to Ctrl click on Web VIMEO page window open on my MAC and then I could choose "Save as Source" and the video would then save on my desktop as a MP4 file. Now with Foxfire 6.0 when I try to control click in the window nothing happens. I don't get the dialog box just allows me to access save as command Source.
