You can not. An OEM copy is forever linked to the first computer on which it is installed.

    Hi Stephanie M.

If your version of Design Premium CS4 for Windows run on a 32 bit OS, then I don't think that it is running in Windows 10. There are a few cases of people install with the 64 bit version of CS4 Design Premium, however. See this thread: Re: CS4 and Windows 10?

  • Laptop with Windows XP pro does not connect to the home network. Has been fine with the Linksys router. Updated Netgear router again and now will not work.

Improved the old Linksys G series to new router Netgear N600 - now can't connect wireless or directly with the ethernet cable. Status shows: "acquiring network address" or "little or no conectivity.  Worked through all the options of repairing typical network with no luck.  Also reset router, I tried direct cable modem & shows 'connected icon' but still does not connect to IE.  Another new computer with Windows 7 works great on this network.  What is my next step to repair?

Use a static IP address and see what happens.

  • I have a new (well, reconditioned like new) laptop with Windows XP Pro top.

I should mention that I am a somewhat old technophobe of 61 year, but I can follow directions, I think.

When I got it, it was just above USER but I put my name and password as an administrator. I don't remember how I did it now!

He NEVER acknowledged my password, and now, when the thing of connection appears, there on that user and I can get if I click OK without putting anything in a password.

Things have changed this morning, but what makes me need to get this problem sorted. I deleted the user and put in my name and click OK without putting anything in a password. He brought to the top of the screen saver without all the icons, even not a start button!

I somehow closed and restarted and logged as a user, once again without password. He let me, but I fear that the same thing could finally happen with it.

    Help, please?

    It is OK people.

I did what I did obviously before and went into Control Panel in the start menu and then in user accounts. I created an account for my son and render active guest account. I have enter my password to my name, yet one more time.

    I disconnected etc and closed.

When I fell again, as usual, it was user and when I click OK it says could not connect.

I deleted the user and put my name and my password and it worked!

Can't imagine why it did not before, but it seems to be sorted now.

  • The upgrade of Windows 7 Pro OEM of Windows 7 Ultimate retail

My PC is custom built and delivered with Windows 7 Pro OEM installed.  I want to install Windows 7 Ultimate in order to obtain several language and BitLocker.  I know that in a few months, I'll change this PC motherboard (motherboard).

I know that with the OEM, the product key of Windows 7 license is attached to the motherboard.  So when I change, Win 7 Pro license will be lost.  Since I want to be able to transfer the license of Windows 7 to one MOBO to another, I bought a full commercial version of ultimate.

My question is this.  To upgrade the Pro OEM ultimate retail, it's just a matter of changing the product key on the screen of the system property and the new product key will launch the installation of missing features to Windows 7 Pro?

    You must use Anytime Upgrade.

Click Start, type Anytime Upgrade, follow the on-screen Wizard, enter the key of Windows 7 ultimate on demand, click on, and then restart your computer when you are prompted. Less than 10 minutes, you should be upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate and your files and settings retained.

    Two points:

    1. it is unlikely that your current installation would work if
you have changed motherboards. You need to reinstall itself.

2 but you cannot use your current copy of Windows if you change
motherboards, not even if reinstall you it cleanly. The largest
disadvantage of an OEM version, is that its license it binds permanently
the first computer, it is installed on and Microsoft believes that
If you change the motherboards, another computer. It can never
legally be moved to another computer, sold or transferred (except with)
the original computer). If the computer dies or is stolen, your
    license dies with him.

  • Windows 7 Pro (OEM) suddenly not authentic

    Hello

We have a Dell Vostro computer laptop that was preloaded with Windows 7 Pro and have had it for about 2 years.    In recent weeks, Windows began to vomit warnings that Windows was not genuine, and we can also download updates Windows on it.   No changes were made to the computer, and does not install any major software or changes were made.

Looking at work - properties, it shows that Windows is activated.  In addition, if we run the WGA Diagnostic tool, it shows that Windows is genuine and activated.   So, we are really confused on this issue.

Dell support had us try a few things, which included the re - enter the product key (using the key on the sticker of MS, which is located on the computer) and forcing activation to run again.  Finally, they said that we had to reinstall Windows (what?) or call Microsoft technical support.  And the right to call Microsoft's $400 or $500.

Everyone else ran into this and found a solution?   We also tried updating the BIOS of the machine, without change.

    Hello

Well, I got 2 systems of windows 7 on my laptop and I have upgraded to windows 8 Pro. I installed all the drivers and finally work doest bluetooth.

It works fine if I first start windows 7 wait to connect my Bluetooth mouse and reboot at startup of windows 8.

If I try to use the function keys to activate/deactivate flight mode (in fact I like to disable WLAN) he stopped Bluetooth to work and there is no way to return to work until I have restart the laptop with windows 7 and the function keys to activate Bluetooth WLAN.

I love my phone and I love working with windows 8, but it makes me mad and mock no more.

Any help? Please, I beg you!

PS: I already wrote in support of toshiba and they recommend to call Microsoft for help... Thanks a lot... its a driver problem and not really a problem of OS...

The FN key disables and active BT and the WLan by turning airplane mode on or off. If you want to enable the BT or Wlan, you need to go into settings to win 8 PC-> Wireless-> BT switch

  • Dell optiplex 745 with Windows 7 Pro

I just bought a Dell Optiplex 745 refurbished with Windows 7 Pro.  It came with a HP Windows 7 Pro re install the disc and when I'm asked them thereon, they stated that a re HP install disk is identical to a Dell disk.  Is this true and if not what problems it will create if I have to re install Windows 7.

They are the two Windows 7, one that said you is accurate, but there are also significant differences.  Dell Media is intended to be installed on a Dell computer and activate automatically, without the need for manual entry of the product key.  HP is designed to do the same... on a HP machine.  There is a good chance that he would not accept the Dell product key either... even if she have installed successfully.  In addition, most of the OEM media even install on other than a machine correspondent (HP discs usually install on Dell, not vice versa).

I get a message from DLL run when starting my laptop with Windows 7.  One of the messages is: c:\users\xxx\AppData\Local\fgpise.dll. How can I get rid of these messages? McAfee has detected two Trojan horses and withdrawn earlier today. He says that my system is clean now. Did that cause this problem?

    Hello

Do not assume that any malware has been removed.

This is probably the result of malware then do a very thorough check and when the system
is clean see the following message to remove this error.

If you need search malware here's my recommendations - they will allow you to
scrutiny and the withdrawal without ending up with a load of spyware programs running
resident who can cause as many questions as the malware and may be more difficult to detect as the
    cause.

No one program cannot be used to detect and remove any malware. Added that often easy
to detect malicious software often comes with a much harder to detect and remove the payload. Then
its best to be thorough than paying the high price later now too. Check with them to one
extreme overkill point and then run the cleaning only when you are sure that the system is clean.

It can be made repeatedly in Mode safe - F8 tap that you start, however, you must also run
