LR CC license suddenly

Hi all. While working on some wedding plans this morning, I had a quick glance for the mist the slider, but his party! It seems now that I have a perpetual copy of lightroom instead of the CC version that I pay each month.

Any ideas?

But it's okay what is called the icon. It matters only what version you have when you launch the software, and you declare that, when you launch the software, it shows that Lightroom 6.6.1.

What happens if you open the creative Cloud application, sign out of Lightroom and then reconnect and start Lightroom, do you have the creative Cloud version?

    Please specify you get the exact error message? Were the software works well before? Have you made any recent changes in your machine? With the trial license screen you see no possibility of this software license, if yes click on login and enter the serial number to activate the software.

  • All of a sudden Windows 7 not genuine on a MS license?

    I bought the family pack Windows 7 HP site MS license, I have the order number as well.  There is a half hour, all I get is a black screen saying Windows is not genuine.  Tried to call the customer service, their computer tells me to come back after three days! Can anyone help?

    I installed the copy on three computers (family pack) in my house.  Recently upgraded one to win 8.  Even that was working perfectly.

    Ok.. It was my fault.  What I did - I was wrong renamed the Windows folder to something else through linux.

    Had to rename it returned under Windows, then it corrected itself.

    Universities also use volume licensing and based on your report, you use a copy of Windows that uses KMS licenses:

    Total SCAM.  Like everyone, I bought CS6 three years ago.  I disabled it from an old laptop and when I tried to reinstall on a new laptop I got notice that my product key has been revoked.  After nearly 3 hours back and forth, including providing proof of purchase (it was a challenge because 3 years ago), I was assured that my license agreement was "perpetual", but that they could not reactivate or give me a new product key.  Then they Adobe rep said it was a counterfeit copy that was BS. Then he (Sumat) says that the company I bought the product wasn't "authorized dealer Adobe."  I contacted the company during a chat, and they confirmed that they are.  Then when I asked to speak to a supervisor he gave me a number to call.  I called him.  After another long go round they told me they couldn't help me, but the 'cat' operator would reactivate my code.  I went back to the cat and they kept giving me the runaround and do not resolve the issue.  Completely dishonest and fraudulent business practices to the customer. If there is a class action against Adobe I want to be a part.  I saved my chat logs and would be happy to offer them as proof that Adobe is scamming customers.

    Magma2 I'm sorry that you're having trouble using your serial number of Creative Suite 6.  Have you been able to register the serial number under your account?  You can find details on how to locate and register, your serial number of Creative Suite 6 to find your serial number .

    Also, you said that you were in contact with our support team.  You have a case number of your interaction that I can refer?

  • Acrobat 9 Pro - working fine until this sudden license problem today?

    My daughter has used Adobe CS4 Premium including Acrobat 9 Pro on a laptop so far. He has worked with Mac OS 10.10. and also with 10.11.1 without restriction. Also the regular updates worked fine.

    Today it again and get the following message was confusing... "The license for this product no longer works."

    In my AdobeID account nor in him is Adobe CS4 or Acrobat listed as product?

    It is not the first time have license issues. A few years ago there was also a problem, and we got a new serialNo.

    We tried it on the desk (without an internet connection, MacOS 10.11.1) - it works fine.

    What is the Adobe solution?

  • MacBook Pro suddenly slow
