  I have 2 questions about the configuration of the SAA.

  I found how to activate the remote support Tech (MST) on ESXi 4.1 Mode and have open an ssh session to the host.  However, I don't find a way to restart the management agents.  All the docs say to use the local TSM interface and use the menu structure to do this, but this only seems to be available when you are in local mode.  How do I (or is it possible of) restart these via a remote session (ssh) TSM?

  It seems that /sbin/services.sh restart will work, but may not be supported.  You might want to research a little more first, or at least to try it in a test environment.

  don't know if this will work, but you can try to set to dot1xAuthAuthControlledPortControl by default (3:forceAuthorized):

   snmpset -v2c -c private switch.host.name 1.0.8802.1.1.1.1.2.1.1.6. i 3

  (Note that the Cisco Object Navigator showes an incorrect OID).

• ACS 5.2 install VMware - no management via https

  I installed ACS 5.2 on VMware. Everything seemed to install correctly.

  I can access the server by SSH via network. The server however

  doesn´t seem to have https mangagment open.

  For example see the ports give single port 22 (ssh)

  and 111 for udp and tcp.

  I restarted everything. But charge it on the CLI and

  turn on/off the VMware host but no luck.

  I see people haven´t I have this problem but I've seen all the answers yet.

  If you have an ACS 5.x installed with 60 GB HARD drive, then you should use it with a license evaluation and on a lab environment. That is right. The requirements I've included are intended for a Production ACS 5.x server.

  In addition, ACS 5.1 and 5.2 do not include support on ESXi 4.1. 5.3 GBA includes support on ESXi 4.1 but ACS 5.1 and 5.2 until ESX 4.0.

  We got 3 ESXi 4.1 cluster host, but the version doesn't matter, because we want to upgrade in the nearly future. The thing is that we also want to expand our infrastructure, lets say with 2 new hosts. This cluster has a kit with a single instance of critical vCenter more essential. If buy us a license for vCenter standard server and a standard for this 2 new host license will be able to manage in a Standard vCenter? (essentially more host kit 3 + host vSphere standard 2 - by vCenter)

  I dive with care through all licenses pappers from documentation and white, so I know that essential kits does not exceed 3 host limit, but if I buy the standard for vCenter license will be I be able to manage the two cluster throug or I have to re license old Kit essential cluster?

  It does not work. Kits only Essentials, you can manage with vCenter Server Standard are the "Retail and Branch Office Kits". In your case, you will need to purchase CPU licenses for all guests. What may be interesting to watch from a cost standpoint, is an upgrade of the Kit Essentials Plus a kit of acceleration (including vCenter Server Standard and 6 licenses processors) and then buy the CPU licenses also required.

• Starting the server managed via the Script

  In our environment Windows, we start the servers managed through the Manager of nodes, but one of our requirements must be able to start managed servers when the administrator of the server (server1) breaks down. I found a way to start the servers managed through the startManagedWeblogic scripts, but they all use the default memory, the classpath and the arguments of the default file (assuming that it becomes startWebLogic.cmd and setDomain.env files). My desirable best practice would be to create a separate server for each of my servers managed script and he's ready to run rather than hack the same file and the differences in memory, the classpath and arguments for each server entry. All in the interest of faster availability.
  
  So here are my questions:
  
  (1) I guess I'll make different copies of the startManagedWebLogic.cmd and customize the file for each of them to the memory of managed servers, arguments, and classpath?
  (2) will be customizing all files in startManagedWebLogic.cmd that I copied for each server or the startWebLogic.cmd will changes too? (I assume that anything put in custom scripts startManagedWeblogic.cmd replaces the default values in the startWeblogic.cmd)?.
  
  I found some useful information in the link below, but he starts from the principle that all of your managed servers have the same memory, the arguments of server startup and railways class, which is rarely true world. I thought I had a job and possible response to this to a point, but can't seem to find it. If details or links that anyone can provide that tells me how to crush the default values and the correct file to update and (b) the details in this file on where and how to upgrade the memory, arguments and classpath (a) will be rewarded largely with large amounts of points :)

• LRT214 - OpenVPN - unable to connect

  So, I've spent the last two days trying to get OpenVpn to work with zero success. I started by following the tutorial, exactly as the manual says. I export the configuration file and load it on a different device on a different network and attempt to connect, but with zero success.

  After that I tried to play with different ports with zero success. I tried UDP and TCP with zero success. I added rules to allow traffic on these ports with zero success.

  When I say zero success, it is not entirely true. I can't get a connection. But from time to time I find a setting that will produces a log of SSL on the LRT214 which gives me: SIGTERM [hard], received, treat out.

  On the client side my logs are back with this for TCP: the system tried to join a drive to a directory on a joined drive.

  and for UDP, I get: TLS error: TLS key negotiation failed to occur within 60 seconds (check your network connectivity.

  I know that I can talk to my router because I install a simple PPTP VPN and it worked perfectly, but OpenVPN, not so much.

  Any ideas or comments would be great to help me understand this!

  So after having a great revolution at the wheel, I understood the question. I feel almost stupid to do this.

  For my xBox, I have forwarded port all traffic to reach NAT open to all the games that I play. List could as long for port transmits all.

  This caused any request to connect to the router via OpenVPN, because the router will be sent directly to the release of the xBox. I had added a rule for the port forward just the port OpenVPN for the router itself, but it did not work at first, because the router takes the list of ports to the front in order that it was created in. To solve the problem, so I 1194 TCP forwarded to the IP of the router, then any traffic thereupon forwarded to the xBox.

  Not sure what the best way to handle this, but it's the solution, I came to the top with for now. Looking to hear for the best solutions.

  Now, my next issue is that after the Split Tunnel connection, I cannot ping any computer in the network, nor can I ping the remote client.

  Ideas or suggestions on this?

  I have a new laptop with Windows 8, which I created two users - one for me and one for a child (Standard user - and Coachman on behalf of child) (Administrator). I created a real account for the child and filled out all the necessary information - my live account has been used for a few years, but I update personal information.

  When I try to manage parental controls from the Control Panel, I get an error message indicating that I should go to account.live.com to agree to terms of use. I can't find any place to accept the terms of use, or my account og the child account. I looked for a solution and found that many have had similar problems. One of the solutions that seeems to help was to connect to fss.live.com, but this page just redirects to a generic MS information page of security for the family.

  Any suggestions?

  I managed to find a solution, not an elegant solution, but it will keep your real account (parent1) to monitor your kids.

  1. create a new live account (parent2)
  2. create a new account admin on the PC using the new live account (parent2)
  3. connect to the computer with the admin account and create an account for child
  (using either an og existing live new account - don't forget to check the child...)
  4. you should now be able to manage via the parental control panel
  5. Add a new parent in parental control (your old existing live account - parent1)
  Some steps are probably not necessary, but I managed to get the "accept the terms of use" hampers by following these steps.

• Device Manager: nothing is pulling upwards

  Recently, I ran a windows update and leave my computer turned off.  When you turn it on, the were (are) of the internet and the printer does not.  I went into Device Manager via Control Panel to see if I could turn them on and there is nothing pulling up in the Device Manager.  All documents and are accessible, but I can't even start a new internet connection and cannot print.   I am currently using another computer (more modern) in another room.  I even tried the SafeMode (f8 in the middle) from the model and go to Device Manager and nothing was there.  I just tried to go through the f8 option and beginning to a previous state that worked and I have the same result...  Everything is saved on that on a 350g portable hard drive.  It would just be easier to wipe the hard drive and start over? If so how would I do this reformatting?  Thanks for any advice.

  You can add Ports manually via the control panel "Add Hardware". In the Add Wizard of material, choose the option "Install the hardware that I manually select from the list (user)" then click on the button "next".  Under "Common hardware Types" scroll down and clilck on Ports (COM & LPT) click the button "Next" and complete the wizard.
