LV 2001 SP1 using with PSC-2110

I'm trying to upgrade a series of durability test benches that have worked for many years.  They use LV 7.1 on PSC 2110 controllers and CFP-22nn, and I need to be upgraded since we have in a Windows 7 development environment.

I have rewritten the code I/O in LV 2009 and installed on a PSC 2210 and CFP-2200, and everything ran very slowly and died after 2 days of racing.  I've then transposed to the LV 2011 and it worked perfectly during the weeks.

Then, I tried to install it on one of the cFP-2110 controllers and found I could run as source code, but not compiled.  To solve this, I have reduced the size of the memory of LV11 FieldPoint installation starting with the minimum installation FieldPoint 6.0.10 then support components for RT series (they use Terminal interfaces RS232) and shared Variable.  It worked and I ran compiled for a week without any problems, restart power every morning.

After the weekend, he is no longer boots, and I get the same message on 2 PSC 2110 controllers when I try to deploy the application compiled on them.

«LabVIEW: VI is not loadable.»  In an application built, this error may occur because the VI loading was last updated for another OS, in which case you must save the VI on the current platform.  This error can also occur if the VI is a polymor.

Here are installation LV11 RT.  Don't forget that one of the controllers is a new facility, and the other worked fine for a week.  I know that available memory is the limit compared to the 22nn controllers, and I wonder if a weeks of the race may have reduced the available memory, even if the program is not write anything to the memory of RT.  If I can't solve this problem, it could be very expensive for us to upgrade the amount of controllers 2110.

See if it's your problem.

  • W7-64 bit - problem with printing on HP PSC 2110. It is not possible to find a driver.

I just got a new computer with W7-64 bit operating system. I have connected my "HP PSC 2110 - all-in one print" through the USB cable, but I was not able to print documents.

    (a) when I try to print a document asking a boks popup on "add a printer".

Then I go to the area 'Units and printers' to add the printer "HP PSC 2110'. The printer is displayed with an icon (if fare, fine)- but there is a yellow triangle with a '! ' which indicates something is wrong with the printer.

In the status line: "Troubleshooting must take place" (freely translated from Danish) - I run the process, that identify that there is no driver installed for "HP PSC 2110" problem.

Problems suggest to fix this - after a troubleshooting process says the problem: "There no driver for the series of Hewlett - Packard PSC 2100" is not resolved.

What can I do next - any suggestions?

    (b) otherwise, I also tried to follow the process described on HP's own page:http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01796879&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&os=4062&product=79488&sw_lang=#N248

But I can't get it to work.

I hope that there is someone who can help out me.

Is there a driver for PSC 2110 provided by HP, which provides printing and basic scanning capabilities.  It is distributed through Windows Update and usually installed as shown in the previous links. There are some measures that can be out of order in the page of HP describing how to apply the driver - to succeed, he must have Windows Update turned on before connecting the USB cable.  Windows Update turned on, as shown in the section titled "Configure Windows Update to automatically search for updated drivers". Click on the title to expand that section and show directions.

Alternatively, you can manually check to see the driver as follows: go to the folder, devices and printers, adding a printer, choose a port, such as LPT1: temporarily, following and when the list of printers, click Windows Update in the lower right.  A connection high speed, it will take several minutes to reload the list.  When the list is full again, select HP as the manufacturer (not HP), the driver that you want is the series HP PSC 2100 to the bottom of the list.  If this driver appear correctly cancel the current installation and then reconnect the USB cable and everything should happen automatically.

If for some reason you can't use Windows Update drivers you can also download the driver site catalog of Microsoft.  It will take that you use Internet Explorer as your browser and you will have to manually find the driver you need that research does not directly limit the results of my architecture.  For your x 64 system you want the file 11.6 Mb from this page.  Download the file and extract it to a temporary directory, and then click Add a printer, disk and point to the driver to add it to the list, and then connect the USB cable.

BTW, I have your answer as to answer because 1) you didn't yet have an answer and 2) when a message is marked as being people responded with answers are less likely to open, but other users looking for answers will be unmarked.  This would tend to frustrate you and them :-).

  • PSC 2110 all-in-one now prints VERY SLOW

Maybe I just need to bury it, but my psc 2110 started extremely slow printing - 15 minutes for the align cartridges page, 17 minutes for the 'self-assessment report.  So, it has nothing to do with the connection between the printer and the computer (these prints are of the printer itself).  I tried unplugging everything, wait, and plug it in; Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges; align the print cartridges; Download the HP printer utility (who reported "No problems found"); looking for an update (it says I have the latest).  Any ideas?

If the printer prints a swath, and then pauses for 15 seconds before the next broke then probably the issue is one of the ink cartridges has failed.  If the PSC 2110 is capable of printing mode reserve (with one of the removed cartridges), then you can remove a cartridge, print something, then replace the cartridge, remove the cartridge else and print something.

Whatever that cauese cartridge the printer to print slowly is the culprit and should be replaced.  If the PSC 2110 does not support the mode of the reserve, then you will have to use trial and error to find out what cartridge is at fault.  I would like to start with the black cartridge.

I, m trying to install the printer all in one HP PSC 2110 on windows 7. Annyone has a compatible driver for this OS.

    Hi @eok001,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I noticed you're wondering if there is a driver available for your printer HP PSC 2110 running on Windows 7. I'm happy to take a look for you!

A complete printer driver of functionality for one or more versions of Windows is not available for your printer, or from the CD supplied with your printer from the HP website. To use your HP printer with a Windows computer, you must install the driver built-in. To do this, please take a look through this guide, installation of your printer using the built-in Windows driver. Otherwise, I suggest upgrading to a printer of software complete features and drivers available for Windows 7. Here, a list of printers that are compatible with Windows 7.

  • HP PSC 2110: need HP solution center software for hp psc 2110 running windows 7 32 bit

    Hello

The HP Solution Center software has disappeared since I move my laptop HP OS from Vista to Windows 7 32 bit.  I use HP Solution Center for the years software to create PDFs of the documents scanned the printer HP PSC 2110 all-in-one.

Can you give us the link to download Win 7 HP Solution Center software? I searched on the HP support site using the name of the HP PSC 2110 product, he pointed me to the section of the driver; I followed the instructions, but there is no link to download the software.

The printer is connected via USB and works fine.  That's all just annoying that I can't use the HP Solution Center software (previously Director of HP) to copy documents scanned to my computer.

    Thank you.

    You are welcome.

You can download it from the following link:

    http://sourceforge.NET/projects/naps2/files/3.0b1/naps2-3.0b1-Setup.exe/download

This means that as an older model, its functionality is limited, but there are a few available workarouds. It is surely worth a try.

For a wireless printer you will need another printer indded, there are many factors to consider and recommend any specific printer, you have specific needs? would be for example you use a fax or not, I guess, it should be a color with a scanner printer... Do you use to print photos or more often good for a daily newspaper, printing and scanning capabilities, these factors may affect strongly any possible recommendation for more information you will find useful.

However, any current HP device with a scanner supports scan PDF scanning in the HP software.

It is an old printer, use the mode of a a 2002 copyright date.   I thought that all the printer, even that of old, would be able to view the status of ink of the different cartridges on my computer screen.  I talked to tech support and they said to download the driver and a printer icon should be displayed in the bottom right of my screen.  This laptop has Windows 7 and all the HP drivers are supposed to be downloaded automatically.  I tried to update the driver from hp.com, but it did not really anyting.  Again there is no icon to the printer at the bottom right of my screen.  Technical support said that when I click the icon I should be able to access a page that shows the levels of ink cartridges.  Anyone have any ideas?

Thank you for your help.  I'm a novice here.

    Welcome to the hifiguy69 forums!

I saw your post want to check on your model of PSC 2110 ink levels. With Windows 7, the complete software package is not available, therefore, you will not be able to see your desktop ink levels.

However, if you print a self-test, this may show the ink levels.

    To print a self-test:

On the printer, select Setup or Menu until 'Print report' shows, and then select entry.

I hope that my post helped!

  • PSC 2110 All In One: PSC 2110

My Dell laptop (Windows XP) and PSC 2110 worked great until recently. The printing process stops just after it starts, then some rattling noise, like snapping plastic come from the printer. I have turned off and on again, I uninstalled and reinstalled the printer several times. I tried to use printing HP and doctor Scan that did not help. I tried updating the driver, no luck.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @MattU12,

Thanks for getting back to me.

Let's try a different approach and troubleshooting from a software point of view.  Try the following steps:

Delete temporary files on your PC

    1. Click on Start and then run.

    2. In the text box on the run window, type%temp% , and then click OK. A folder full of files and other folders will appear.

All the folders and files that you see in this Temp folder are no longer used by Windows XP and can be deleted safely.

    3. To remove files or individual files, hold your Ctrl key while clicking on each item you want to remove. Release the Ctrl key when you are finished.

To remove these items, press your delete key or choose file , then delete from the menu.

    4. Confirm that you want to delete the files by clicking Yes in the window to confirm deleting multiple files that opens.

    5. If you want instead to remove everything inside the Temp folder, choose Edit and then select all from the menu.

Note: If you are prompted that there are hidden files in this folder, simply click on OK to dismiss the message. A few hidden files hanging out in the Temp folder probably aren't significant enough to worry about.

    6. Now that all the files and folders are selected, press your delete key, or choose file , then delete from the menu.

    1. Confirm that you want to delete the files by clicking Yes in the window to confirm deleting multiple files that opens.

    2. After all the files have been deleted, you can close the window and empty your trash, permanently remove the files from your PC.

    Tips:

    1. You may receive a message error deleting file or folder , while files are deleted. It simply means that one of the files is used by a program right now. Click OK, close all open applications and repeat the steps above. If you still receive the message, try restarting your PC and repeating the process again.

    Source

Then, stop and restart the print spooler:

    1. Click the Start button, select run.
    2. In the Run dialog, type "cmd" and click OK.
    3. In the command prompt, type "net stop spooler" and press the enter key to stop the spooler
    4. Then, type "net start spooler" to restart the spooler.

If the printing problem persists after that, click on click here to find out how to disable your Windows systems via MSCONFIG Services to determine if there are programs or services interfere with your ability to print.

I would like to know how it works for you.

    See you soon,.

  • HP psc 2110 adjust print options do not open in Windows 7

    Hello

I have the following printer: HP psc 2110 all-in-one and I work with the Windows 7 operating system.

I can print, but the 'Print setting Options' dialog box does not, and I can't change my options, always print with the default settings.

I tried to access the "Print setting Options" dialog box in Microsoft Word, Notepad, paint, etc. and none of these programs open the dialog box.

I also tried to access the 'Impression of the adjustment Options' dialog box from the control panel > devices and printers and by double clicking on my "hp psc 2100 Series" printer. Then I click on "Adjust Printing Options" and a dialog box with the title "hp psc 2100 Series print properties" opens to 1/2 second and closes automatically.

    Can someone help me?

    Thank you

HP doesn't provide full features software & drivers for win7 on this printer model, and so you are using the win7 drivers that do not provide the comprehensive options of the software/drivers HP.

HP provides only Windows XP drivers/software for this model

  • How to scan a document of several pages in a single pdf file using the psc 2510?

I have Windows 7, but the downloadable drivers for this OS, I cannot scan to a pdf file.

    Hi shepp066,

I understand that you have a PSC 2510 used with Windows 7 that you want to use to analyze PDF files.

Because your printer doesn't have any HP software for the operating system that you use I don't have a way for you to scan in PDF format. You want to look into some 3rd party scanning programs, and you can start by doing some research to CNET downloads because that's where I do a lot of my own research

Hope this helps, have a nice day!

  • HP psc 2110: a pulse mode, nothing works well in this mode for my psc 2110 all-in-one.

Get this second puosating soundevery, and the printer is frozen.  In the past I have reset in unplugignthe power and then hoding the arrow buttons cancel and right and the pluging in the power sometimes it works.

    Hello @johnny1936,

Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!

I understand that the printer HP PSC 2110 all-in-one is frozen and making a frequent pulsing noise. I would like to help you to solve this problem today. Currently, there is probably a problem with your product, power or a Firmware programming problem occurring within your printer. Can I please you follow the steps below to isolate this problem and fix it.

    Step 1: Check of power:

Please connect your all-in-one PSC directly into the wall outlet for power. Power strips and surge protectors can cause your printer for lack of power and will not work properly. Once your printer is plugged directly into the wall outlet test your printer to see if the problem is resolved. If the problem persists, proceed to the next step.

    Step 2: Power Reset:

    1. With your printe r WE, please unplug the power cable from the back of your printer
    2. The power cord unplugged for 1 minute
    3. After 1 minute the back power cable plug in
    4. Your printer should start up on its own

Once the printer lights please test your product in order to confirm that the problem has been resolved. If the problem persists, your product may experience a failure of Firmware. The Firmware is the internal "brain" of your printer. It determines what your printer is and how your printer it. If the firmware is corrupted in your printer, it may cause performance problems. Normally, I would have you update the Firmware on your printer. If the problem persists after the update is complete, will allow us to complete a programming reset the printer. However, due to the age of your printer there is no Firmware updates or resets the programming. Therefore, a replacement product may be necessary if this problem persists.

Please reply to this message with the result of your troubleshooting. If the problem persists, please let me know if you see all the solid or flashing lights or message board on your printers. I look forward to hear from you!
