  If you use your main account of DPS as the title id, which does not like ID master have no application role that has been. Go to your Admin account, click the account administration, create a new id or add an existing Adobe id that has not been never used with tools DPS. The title id should appear under your main account with the Application role.

  I already found the solution to this problem: first remove all the old plugins DPS (CS5 and 5.5) using the uninstall en then remove the app Builder.
