M [paid by acting as a trial version]
I use Photoshop and lightroom bundle but after a month of using lightroom says you must buy or add a code. and I'm about to buy a new computer, how do I download my programs on my new computer.

Install office cc on your new computer, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud , after signing with the same adobe id, used to purchase your subscription.

I bought Photoshop and ambient light, but neither will download. When I click on the download button, it tells me that there is an error and the way to fix is to download the trial version, but I can't find the trial anywhere because I've already paid for the full version. How to download?

Hi, I just paid for this 11euros per month thing, for Lr and Psalm I had the trial version installed before and now I paid, I can not connect to the bloody thing, it asks me to enter a serial number, which I did not... someone has a solution for me please...?

We have an enterprise Cloud creative license. When some of our users to our Adobe Enterprise Portal and their company ID login allows you to download the product, they get only trial versions offered. We had manually uninstall them other former Adobe products first, we confirmed that the correct E-mail is used, and we tried to create a new Adobe ID. We are unable to install the full product even if our licenses are paid. Any ideas why this happens?

Hey there, I have a problem, I paid for the creative cloud each month. 30 days ago, I downloaded the new update only in the trial version of photoshop and today the trial version has expired and I could not work with my old adobe program, although I pay for it.

A free trial version to paid app adding existing
I try to add a free evaluation version limited in time to my app on AppWorld - I think that I spent all day reading all the posts on try & buy, but I still don't quite get it... :-(
I have a signed .bar file which is greater than the final version, and which stop working a week after installation and of course provides a link to the appropriate page of AppWorld to purchase the full version. But I'm not sure where to submit them in the supplier portal: I don't want to not appear as a separate application (as with many applications and a version "lite"), but two buttons "try" and "Purchase" on the same page of product.
I tried to change the Type of license of my trusted application of 'paid' to 'Buy and try' and then you click 'Next', in the hope that he would ask then to the trial version .bar file - but need me only by graphics and description forms of information...
I also watched "Add release", but this seems to be only for updates.
I know that some of you have figured this out (Innovatology... great app btw!), so I hope someone can help me out with that!

I don't know how it works for existing applications - files & folders was try & buy v1.00.
Normally, a version of an application try & buy is really two versions with slightly different version numbers, e.g. 4.1.1 (try) and 4.1.2 (buy). When you add a release for a try & buy app there is a checkbox to indicate whether it is a trial version or not.

All I wanted to do was save my trial version of Photoshop, and I think that I just paid $9.99 for some BS Clould creative. How to do what I wanted vs pay for something that I didn't? It is impossible to talk to or e-mail to a human being. I just want to have my work in photoshop again like in the demo. Thank you
Photoshop is part of the collection of product called creative cloud. If you pay $9.99 a month, you have the Creative cloud photography Plan, which lets you run Photoshop and Lightroom until you stop paying. So, you could have what you need - check your receipt.
Despite the 'cloud' in the name, the apps run locally.

I bought a CC of Photoshop, Lightroom + bridge CC yesterday, paid for 1 year. In my creative cloud Manager, it seems that I have downloaded the trial versions of CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC and also purchased versions. I don't know what I have to do. Is the version that I use the purchased version? I'm afraid that I always use the 30 day trial version. It will change to that purchased once the payment by credit card has been approved? Or do I have to download some versions of Photoshop and Lightroom again? It is quite confusing. Thank you for your help.

I received an email from Adobe that they received my payment and I have a subscription for one year, but in the desktop application Adobe Creative cloud en CC Lightroom Photoshop CC are still a trial version. I me announced on the Lightroom CC app which results in the evolution to version 6 of Lightroom. But when I open the Lightroom app I get a message that I have only 3 days left to use.
