Creative cloud paid, but always just the trial version
Hey, my boss just bought the creative cloud and invited me by mail to download on my mac. now, I am only allowed to download the trial version. but we already paid... What do I do?

I use creative cloud in order to download the trial of Photoshop on my pc but this error:-Instillation failed. Not enough disk space. Please free up space on C and try again (-30)
I entered the settings of cloud and told to download for my largest drive E (which it fine for lightroom) but it only downloads on drive C (small disk almost full) for Photoshop. I missed something or is this a bug?

Shared resources and temporary files will be stored on your primary drive. If a lack of disk space prevents installation then make sure you have enough space on the main drive for temporary files and installation files extracted to be placed.

First try you out and back creative cloud: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application
If this does not help, you can go on Adobe.com and connection, select Manage my account, then pick plans and products.
You should be able to see the plan, that you subscribe to here if the order/payment form is completed.
Please note that it may take 2-3 days to process an order, excluding weekends, so this does not yet appear, continue to use the trial until the payment goes through.

I installed the new version of LIghtroom (2015) compared to the creative clouds. Creative cloud said that I installed the new version. However, the shortcut icon that has been installed does not start the new version. I also went on the link properties itself, but without success in starting. How to launch the new version?

Last month, I bought Creative Cloud Student and Teacher Edition for one year. I used the trial version for a month and it expired today, but now I can't use the full version. My membership details said that I indeed bought the CC, but it doesn't seem to work. The account is the same, everything seems as it should work. Unfortunately, this isn't. When I enter the redemption code, it says that the code has already been done. Can someone help me?

I have the fix, been makes me crazy, so had to go at the bottom of this, follow these steps (on Mac):
Go / go to the folder / and Type ~/Library
Next opening of Application Support / Adobe / OOBE
Place opm.dp in the trash, make sure that you have to empty it if you cannot you must ensure all Quit creative cloud applications include Creative Cloud Desktop Application
Then go / go to the folder / and type / library
Next opening of Application Support / Adobe
Scroll down and rename SLCache to SLCache_old
also rename SLStore to SLStore_old
That's all. Launch no matter what Application of CC, will launch the Application Manager, click to register, sign in, then the application should open without any problems

I just bought a plan of one year (student), I received an email telling me that my account has been activated! I followed the steps and when I download it downloads the trial version :/
