• LaserJet 1217 nfw mfp no scan or copy.

  light turns on and goes through the scan bed, no image; diagnosis OK, printing OK, if the light seems a little less brighter than I expect. Ideas? The manual is useless - if original is upside down.  This seems to be a problem of machine, not a user problem. The toner cartridge is involved in scanning/copying images? I wouldn't lose a fair try - expensive.

  It seems that you have a hardware failure in the scanner.  You can try the steps described in the document below, but more than likely that you will need to replace the printer following.  Because the scanner is built into the printer, the only way to fix it once it comes out is to get a new printer.  I'm sorry.

  You can set the assignment of Board as follows:

  1. Open Control Panel > devices and printers.
  2. Right click on the HP Officejet Pro 8600 icon and select printer properties.
  3. Open the device settings tab.
  4. Form of assignment tray, set the size of paper tray 1 and 2.

  Now by selecting the specific size will automatically mark the assigned plate.

  The Duplex accessory does not support legal size and can't do it, you can find this information in accordance with the specifications of paper output > supported paper sizes in product specifications:

  I have a problem with scanning on Laserjet M1132 MFP. Print and copy works without problem. But when I try to analyse the scanning application crashes. It says busy and does nothing.

  My OS is Windows 7 64 bit, I tried to update the firmware, but that did not help with the problem. When I try to scan it says busy. In fact, you hear as if the scanner tried to analyze something, but the software does not move and repeat that he is busy.

  No clue as to what could be the problem?

  I found the problem. I had the printer connected to a USB cable for the previous printer (Laserjet 1020) and did not use the original supplied with the M1132MFP.  After I plugged the original cable scanner has started working.

  I can't make a duplicate with one copy double-sided Control Panel of the printer using the COPY function. It does not show an option for 2 original face 2 face copy. The printer has a duplexor unit installed, the latest firmware, but the option described above does not appear on the printer Panel option "double-faced." I prefer not to repeat the flat glass scan - Tower and the tests to get a copy of face 2. The printer has no problem filling a two-sided printing function. What can I do?

  Some time before the flight running, I discovered that many of my images have more proportional scaling. I guess I accidentally raised the SHIFT key when resizing images/pictures.

  Select the image, not the frame, to see the real scale (you can do this in a variety of ways, but double clicking is fast enough). You have many options, then, for you choose how to face, copy/paste, for example, the scale value from one field to the other, or my personal favorite that's just click on one of the arrows move to go to the next % full value upwards or downwards (this will change culture very slightly, but if you need to keep the same shape of frame that will change anyway). If the fields are related, they'll take the same value.

  4. when the product has completed the NVRAM initialization, it returns to the ready state.

  The problem was with Cyrillic characters in the device configuration.

  Can anyone confirm that scanning HP M426fdn will work if your computer is connected by USB instead of network?

  Yes, you can use any of the printer by using a network connection or a direct USB connection to your computer.

  Be aware that this connection allow using one computer, not several.

  This unit can perform a copy front and back on a pile of documents front / back, loaded in the ADF? (I know that it is able to copy both sides of a single page).

  In the list of options in control panel touch control for "duplex", it has classified 2 options from which to choose:

  1 - face to face 1

  1 - face to face 2

  It seems that I need a "2-sided to 2 faces" option, correct?

  It seems that the device must be capable of 2 faces double-sided COPY and more double-sided printing.

  I tried several combinations of different settings but cannot figure it out (if it is even possible) to take a stack of documents face 2. Put them together in the ADF and the output device an identical pile of copies 2 faces.

  I see you try to double-sided copy on your HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M277dw. There the duplexer to print system which allows you to print 2 sides, but does not have a duplexer built-in automatic document feeder. That's why you miss the 2 head to head 2 under the menu copy option. The two-sided to 2 in the menu copy allows you to copy documents two unique faces the printer would then print 2 sides. You must copy a page at a time and return them to make Copies in duplex.

  It is clear to me from the leaves of manual and specifications if the ADF of MFP 476DW will automatically handle documents sources 2 faces.

  There is a comment "document feeder of 50 pages with copy double-sided electronic and detection analysis and multiple choice", but nothing in the scan or copy of the sections of the information sheet or manual.

  Can someone confirm that this model will support scanning and copying documents source face double?

  I understand that the MFP HP LJ 476dn Pro and 476dw only supports automatic copy/scan side 2 option.  Automatic 2-sided printing option is not available with the 476nw model, but the ADF scanner always supports the automatic management of document side 2.  Please see the product information available on the following HP to understand the available models & features supported:

  Click on Hp.com-> Support-> software/drivers.  Instead of looking for the T2500, enter T2530.  They released the 930,1530 and 2530 end of last year.

  When you go to download drivers or fw, you will see are the 920,1500 and grouped with the 930,1530 and 2530 2500 lists. FW and driver are compatible on all model printers in this series.

  The gesture would be to try to restore the default settings of the control panel of the printer.  Conflicting configurations on disabling color copies would be destroyed and normal again.  Resets are normally under the admin menu or the control panel service.
