Mac didn't stop after Photoshop to access files on windows server

Hello world

We have a weird problem when our users access files on our server to windows. They can change the files and everything seems to be fine, but when you try to shut down the mac, the system never end closing, even after waiting until the next morning. Only way to stop this force turned off. Someone at - it an idea, how do I solve the problem?

We have verified that the problem only occurs when you open files directly on the share - local files do not cause this problem. There is also no other apps to access the share.

Specifications of customers:

Mac OS 10.10

Photoshop 2015

To access the files via smb share (smb: / / [Server].) FQDN/Share)

24 gig RAM

128 GB Flash drive

27 "iMac

Specification of the server:

Windows Server 2008 R2

NTFS file permissions: full access to the security group

Client is a member of the security group (but not in the same domain as the file server)

So far ideas? Someone has a similar problem?

Hello

When you try to access the files on the server, MAC launched a security process.

This process could not be top-down.

Please check that the activity monitor.

For the best response you can contact Apple/MAC support.

As Windows uses MAC system MAC OS partition and FAT/NTFS partition

There could be conflict as well.

Also please check if a Windows machine attempts to access Windows Server, the problem still exists.

    With administrator privileges, you can access any file, which is that of an administrator account.  The only way to stop other accounts is to make the non-administrateurs and limit them to their files only.

    I'm having a problem with the Windows Explorer does not when I try to access the downloads folder. The problem seems related to a file, a Java .exe file I downloaded. Explorer hangs up as soon as I try to do something with this file, I can't even remove it. I got out the folder other files in desktop and using research and move the file, but when I try to do something with this file, Explorer crashes again.

    No video file in the folder, the file problem seemed to be a Java update file. I managed to remove using an third-party uninstall program, and the problem seems to have disappeared. My best guess is that the update program has been altered during the download.

    The local network segment is on the Internet, and the Windows 7 machine had all updates applied from the time of this post.  The Xbox is the new Xbox 360 4 gig, with more than 2 GB of free space on the internal memory and another 8 GB of free space on MU.

    I set up my small office (about 20 computers) on server 2008R2 and created a domain.  Most desktop computers still use XPpro and I have a few 7 on now.  Most of the connections do not have administrative permissions and now whenever they need a new update of Java (for example) I have for them disconnect, connect, do the update, then close the session and then reopen in a them.

    How can I configure systems so they don't have to logoff, but will be just asked to put in access allowed to continue the update / install?  It would be much easier for them to call me on and I just put in my information and get back to what I was doing.

    Windows Media Player cannot play the FLV files. You will need a third party FLV player to play these files, or you will need to install the latest pack of codecs on your computer. If the installation of plugins did not help, then try searching on the Internet for the codec pack.

    I installed Photoshop CS6 and Lightroom 6 on my Imac as stand-alone programs.

    When the CC subscription plan, if you cancel the subscription, the LR develop module is disabled. You can always view and export in the library module.

    At this point, if you have the stand-alone version you can use that to get all the features. You may need to uninstall the software CC and reinstall the stand-alone software.

    I saw a few conversations that suggest using two different emails for two different licenses makes things much easier.
