So I know that the problem is not the USB key, or 2.0 or 3.0, or the recovery partition because I erased the disc and the recovery partition is no longer exist. How can I get the installer of Mountain Lion to be recognized at startup?

  I did the command Option P R, NVRAM reset several times. No joy. The only partition recognized at boot time is the installer of El Capitan.

  I want to level back to Mountain Lion because it is less intrusive than El Capitan and will be more familiar to the person who will use this computer.

When I start the installer for OS X from the external USB drive, I gives me three options on where to install TO - install OS X El Capitan, install OS X Lion mountain and Macintosh HD. Therefore the partition setup of Mountain Lion is recognized, but not as an installer to start from. Although when I plugged in the USB port when El Capitan was installed he showed as an installer Mountain Lion.

  MobileMe was discontinued on June 30, 2012.  There is no more MobileMe e-mail.  Go to the preferences panel accounts Mail and remove any MobileMe account which is there.  That should get rid of these messages.

  Check also for example client and server versions / compatibility, evolves sec_case_sensitive_logon relevant parameter (as a test, because it must be true) etc.

  Set the printer back to the default settings and try again.  In no joy, hard reset the router, reconfigure your settings and try again.

  Recently, I put a password for my computer. I locked my computer and typed in it (so I know for a fact that his right).   Start the machine in Repair Mode, then use system restore to restore Windows to a point where you were able to log in.

  I looked into it further and found that all J611 Deskjet 3050 a models use the same software. So, you should be able to download and run the installation from the link below.

  IMPORTANT: Make sure that the printer is not connected to the computer until the installation program ask you to do. Run the Setup and follow the instructions on the screen.

  If the printer is not yet seen, then choose the option "continue INSTALLATION WITHOUT CONNECTION NOW I WILL CONNECT the PRINTER LATER. A shortcut must be placed on your desktop and it will try to add a printer when it is executed.
