MacBook Pro not to leave the TV Format

Hi all

So I connect my Macbook Pro to my TV at least once a day. I'm not sure of what we call the cord that I use, but I plug it on the HTML output in the TV. Unfortunately, while I was watching Netflix, my laptop died. I disconnected (dead) TV and plugged into the charger until it has been fully charged. When I unplugged the charger and turned on the laptop, it remained in the TV Format. It means that all my documents are small, the gray bar at the top of the screen is small, the mouse is small, the text is small, the screen is basically smaller than normal because it is adjusted to the television.

I tried to plug the TV and unplug the unit to see if he'd come on the TV mode, but without success. I don't REALLY want to reset all this because I have Microsoft applications download here.

Any ideas on how to get out of the TV format and put it back in the proportions of the normal screen?

If you open the display preferences what settings/options are available to change?

Have you tried to change those?
