  It seems that your device is not post.  You can try reinstalling the ram or simply by using a single module at a time, but other that that the device would need service...

  Whenever I try to use the option "Click to change all the properties" in Dreamweaver CM³ (the link icon of string in the middle of the box of Magin/Padding), it never seems to work.   I don't know if this is the right forum for this, but I was just wondering if someone could give me some advice. My brother spilled some water on my laptop 3 days ago (argh!). He immediately turned off and won't start up again. I stamped it towards the top as long as I could, removed the battery and positioned in a V shape to try to help dry. It is still not started. When I plug in the adapter, the screen remains blank, but there is a very low humming noise and the lights flash:

  I'm really hoping that the laptop is not dead and I'll at least be able to recover my hard drive, but it seems unlikely. I'd appreciate really any advice that anyone can give me in regard to what could be wrong or how I can fix this problem.

  I agree with Luke and the best way is to contact you an ASP. They can check the laptop and tell exactly which parts must be Exchange or not.
  On the Toshiba site, you can search an ASP:

  If the HARD drive is not defective, you can backup your data to another PC or laptop as Luke suggested.

  How about that.  Don't you love it when a plan comes together?  Windows updates only or material for pilots also and then update windows is good, but for a more broad ability of other applications Microsoft, then Microsoft Update and Office update is good for a shopping for updates of every Microsoft product you have.

  You suppose wrongly, and I thought I answered this before.  Technically, you can re-enable the automatic updates but that will require you disabling updates every Monday just before black Tuesday and then manually download and install the cumulative security update newly released and restart before you activate the updates automatic (or notifications only) once more.  It is more reliable just disable automatic updates and do not have the headache.  Disable the horse of notification that is displayed in the status bar, and that you don't mind.
