  Hello guys,.

  That can create a script to read csv and create folders and move files into the folder.

  My csv will look like

  

  There the names of folders and file names, I kept my files (Mention in the 'File name' column) in the office. When I run the script it must read the csv file and create the folder (depending on the "folder names") and the correct file must move in the particular folder. Hope I have clear requirements.

  So we need 4 above csv files and the respective files must travel in their records. Need help!

  Vista handles the media completely differently, and I hate it.  I want to deal with media files as normal files, so I can see, size, date, etc. All previous versions were very good.

  Here's how to change the default template for a folder: http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/70819-windows-explorer-folder-view-settings.html.  Default behavior is to select the model based on the first type of file placed in the folder (you must choose something).  Vista sets the folder type template according to what are the types of files in the window and the settings display window Explorer.   Have you actually tried import using this model? It works when I try. Yes, the example seems strange... but it should still work. So what happens when you try?

  BTW, you may find that the 'model' may also include the 'make' (it does on my Canon cameras).

  I solved the problem with "hidden" files The answer is a little embarrassing. When I imported my files in W7 in XP they missed to 'sort by date/time. Because they were alphabetically in XP, the order of the new date set match alphabetically on the first import in W7. I didn't know they were are more sorted by name because the order of date / hour now equated the name order. I opened each file the file sort order has changed and it settles at the bottom of the list that is logical, newest at the bottom. It seemed to me that I was lost files because they fell in alphabetical order and moving toward the bottom of the list. Once I clicked on sort by file name everything came back and worked well since. Sorry, I should have posted this a long time ago.

  Is it possible to also declare the size of the ophaned inside a folder an orphan data, I would like to get the "size" total data in an orphan file, only the "unfunded size' (length) if possible? If the total size of the data in a folder an orphan makes more difficult a list of each file/size would also work well.
