management version datasocket

I have 3 other version of Labview on my PC, 8.0.1, 8.2.1, 8.5.  My colleague has developed an application in 8.0.1 and an installer that uses NI Datasockets v4.4 (the one that comes with LV 8.2.1).  When I try to compile using its installer with my PC (running LV 8.0.1), the Builder cannot find the version of NOR datasockets that uses my co-worker and the only version I have available in the 'additional installers' list is v4.5 that comes bundled with Labview 8.5. I don't want to not update to version 4.5, how to return to v4.4 version that uses my colleague?

Since having this problem I uninstalled LV8.5 and delete the directory 8.5 of the program files folder. I also reinstalled LV 8.2.1 in the hope that he could repeat his version of datasockets to my list of available installers, but the problem remains. If I don't have LV8.5 installed on my PC, why LV8.0.1 only lists the version datasockets of 8.5 in the list "additional installers?

I have not yet checked to see if v4.5 would work with our product. We do not want to make that kind of change without doing a thorough test to make sure that everything works in the same (or better). We just want to have the same settings on our PC, so that we can go back to software development and worry about feature differences due to a difference in revision of Labview. (Also, I don't like LV 8.5, it's slow and clumsy, in my opinion).

I think I found the solution. On my co-workers in the directory C:\Program NIUninstaller Instruments\Shared\MDF\Manifests PC, I copied the 'NI DataSocket {36A998F0-C15C-4AFD-BCAE-1C0577CCA29A}.xml' file, I also copied the datasocket his PC C:\Program NIUninstaller Instruments\datasocket directory.  I replaced his datasocket directory with my own and copied its .xml file in my directory of manifests OR data socket v4.4 build 8.2.1 appeared in my list of additional installers and built and distributed correctly.

    Hello Ahmed - although this configuration "can work", Windows 2008 Small Business Server is not on the support list. This means that it has not been tested and it certifies to work with telepresence.

    To my knowledge, he's not on the roadmap for the future support however, I search and repost as soon as I have an answer for you.

    I just upgraded to Desktop Manager version 4.7, after you remove the previous version from my PC running MS Vista. Everything seems to work well regardless of when I sart my PC it loads Desktop Manager 4.7 version twice. Anyone can help to reduce this to one?

    There are maybe two shortcuts in your system startup file.

    Click Start-> programs-> startup on your Vista

    If there are 2 BB Desktop Manager icons - remove one. Select it, click with the right button on the mouse button and select "Delete" from the context menu.

    Catalogue of capacity is incorporated within UCSM and requires no separate download / installation procedure.

    IE UCS - catalog.2.0.2 g .T .bin part 2.0.3 database package UCSM (as described in the release notes "table 4 files in Release 2.0 (3)")

    However, sometimes we publish separately for updating its content are available for download. They are listed in "Table 6 Version Mapping" in the release notes

    I have the Curve 8330. When I go through the link of my provider to get the latest version of Desktop Manager, it connects me upward with version 4.3 on the Blackberry site. When I directly on Blackberry, I see available 4.7. I'm confused as to whether I can use 4.7 or do I use 4.3? It is specific to the provider?

    No, you can use any version with your device. The BlackBerry site always has the most recent version of your choice. The differences between the versions is the interface has changed a bit. So feel free to download 4.7 If you wish

    During the synchronization between the version of Desktop Manager 4.7 and my curve (my first old BB for 1 week and love it) I get the error message 0 x 80040057.  This happens after trying to synchronize my contacts.  I tried to find a list of error codes on the original CD, as well as online, but I just blank.  Can someone point me in the right direction?  My other questions were answered until looking at just the past assignments.

    The current DTM software appears to be damaged. Clean uninstall of old software version 4.5. Downloaded the "500_b028_multilanguage.exe".  During the installation of software, I get a popup error message titled ' WinZip Self-Extractor ' and the message is "damaged ZIP: file C:\DOCUME~1\ttipps\LOCALS~1\Temp\WZSE0." TMP\SR_MM\Data1.cab: Bad CRC 6f092258 (should be 76f6d0e3).  Possible cause: file transfer error. »

  • Issue of Update Manager (version 4.1)

    I know, I know... I ask 1 million questions on these forums.  But! -in my defense, I walked into an environment that has no documents, no resources and no one with any real knowledge of what's going on. Ok? :-)

    Now, we want to implement the Update Manager in our environment.  I see that there are various updates and releases it to 4.1.  Is it a situation of having to download the original and then install other on it? Or can you just download and install the latest version?

    Hi, I used the Office CC from Adobe to download the extensions Manager, but it does only download version 7.0.0.347. I don't know if this is the real problem, but I can not install any extension, and software list shows that 'other '. Any help?
