Manually uninstall the labview

OK, so here is another thread to add between the sea of other uninstall problems.  I tried to find a similar problem, but I don't anything that could help me.  As a warning, its ok to laugh at this one.

This thread starts also similar to others.  I made a dumb decision to delete the main folder "National Instruments."

(The reason for doing it in reality is because I have a student edition and a professional edition.  I wanted to keep those two separate from their respective licenses but my first visit to the installation did not work.  I have both let it install in the folder main and thought that they would use their own serial numbers: EVIL:.  So I decided that I would put the system in safe mode, move this folder, and then reinstall the professional version (which aspires to have the watermark of STUDENT version when it will be used to create files for customers.  This facility has failed... and well the story of the end is that I finally delete the two folders and I wanted to start.  I know the registry, but thought it would be just 'too write', itself.  False false false.)

So there it was.  I'm sitting on a pile of # I made for myself.  I have nothing in the Add/Remove Programs list, no program uninstaller, a mess in my registry and nothing will install (because he believes that its still as if by magic it!).  So, essentially MAYDAY!  This is a brand new computer and I want to ultimately have both versions of labview (and separated by their serial numbers).  I would appreciate any advice.   I learned my lesson, so please don't call me .

Thank you.

I currently run windows 7.  Labview versions are 2010 (Professional) and 2011 (student).

I got a system restore, now I can uninstall correctly.

  • How to manually uninstall the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack?

Hey there, I have a problem with uninstalling the Toshiba Bluetooth Stack v4.00.20 on my laptop Windows XP SP2. Whenever I choose to remove the "battery Bluetooth for Windows by Toshiba" (or "Bluetooth HID Switch Service") the installation program starts to prepare, but crashes after a few minutes - the only way to continue is to turn off the laptop. :(

The same thing happens when I try to update the stack to the latest version - the installer says that the old battery has to be removed first and crashes after trying to remove it. So is it possible to remove it by hand? I really don't want to reinstall Windows because of this.

The reason why I want to uninstall or update the stack is because my Jabra BT620s headset does not work with it. I can connect and use it as the headphones (the music quality is good enough), but I can't use the built-in microphone. It works with the Widcomm stack but with this one I have quality problems.

    Thanks in advance.

  • What do I need to uninstall Firefox4 Beta manually once the final version of FireFox4 get out?

Can I just update Firefox4 Beta at the last stable Firefox 4 (when released) the same way I update Firefox3.6 or what I have to uninstall manually to avoid having two browsers FireFox?

The beta version will be updated to the final version, but you will stay on the beta update channel. This means that, when there are security/stability releases for Firefox 4, you will before the official release. This is why they can be tested using a larger base of users before the official release.

If you uninstall the beta version and then install the final version, you'll be on the normal update channel, so you will only be notified of updates after the official release date.

  • I'm not able to install both on the same PC LabVIEW applications. I have uninstall the first application in order to install the second. Is there a way to avoid this?

I wrote two LabVIEW applications. The first acquires data from three different devices, displays the data and writes it to a file. The second application reads the data and displays it on the screen.

Can I install the first application and run it, but I can only install the second application if I uninstall the first application.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?

You install applications by using a Setup program created with the application builder to LV?

What LV version do you use?

You have a dedicated for each installer build script, or do you still want to change the settings of a single build script (which would be a reason for this behavior!)?

  • Uninstall/reinstall Labview after disk crash

    Hello

The question could have been invited already, but could not find an appropriate response, except to do something risky with the registry windows so I m asking my question here and apologize if a reply has already been given on this forum.

I bought and installed Labview home Bundle a few months ago. Last week, my secondary hard drive, which contains the application crashed, and I do not have a backup of this partition. Windows still runs on a separate DSS and always having traces of installed applications, among which, information about the previous installation of Labview.

"No problem' I think, ' I just re - download the installation package and try to reinstall it, like most other software, which simply replace existing information or re-use of old configuration data." Unfortunately, it did not work, and I have no trace of labview in the Menu Add/Remove Windows (except one "Instrument National software - this is the French version, I got" - brings me just an error when I try to use it, saying that Labview could already being uninstalled).

Re-installing just brings me to an error, as a result:

    -The intallation process goes OK

-The device drivers can not be installed (OK I did not at the time of any device)

-The installation process, explains the installation is ok, but in the end, one "error 2 could not perform action license Labview Application" appears.

-You try to start Lavview gives "the installation of this application is may be damaged. "Use Ad / remove programs in Control Panel to try to repair this program."

Is any "Clean Remover" tool available from the Canadian standard. Looks like a Rube Goldberg machine too me...

Thanks for any help I could get.

    Eric

I'm on the similar when questions re-installation or repair of LabVIEW, and I found that the best way to remove software OR before a re - install is NOT using the Windows Add/Remove utility programs, but to use the NIUninstaller. If you managed to make at least a partial installation of LabVIEW, you probably have the NIUninstaller installed. On my system, it's in C:\Program Files (x 86) \National Instruments\Shared\NIUninstaller. Run the executable uninst.exe in there and it will remove any items not removed by Windows. Then try a new installation.

    Good luck.

Hi, thanks for the response. I found something similar on a Q & A of National instruments and already tried to find tha 'InstallValidator.exe' after I re-installed Labview, unfortunately, the NIuninstall folder / files were not installed with the National Instruments on my hard drive, so unfortunately, this solution does not work. I copied the NIUninstaller file (AND ONLY THAT) I found in the folder shared the LabVIEW to work and he give it a try. Don't know if its against National Instruments, policies, license and I apologize if it's, but having an app that I bought and can't install / reinstall is against my own policy. If the resettlement has be done right, the file would have been installed with the beam to origin. I know you if that does no good.

    EDIT:

In fact, it worked. The "InstallValidator.exe" did nothing aprt to tell me that the entrance of registrey was OK, even if it wasn't.

But the "uninst.exe' made work and installation from the Menu of repair that I couldn't access fixed front.

Thanks again for your help guys.

    Hi all!

I got myself in quite the situation when I tried to clean up some temporary files and save space on my rather small SSD.  As such, I accidentally deleted the uninstall program for my HP print driver and now I can not uninstall the software, nor I can install newer software.  The software is looking for a file, DJ352x64.msi, located at AppData\Local\Temp\7zS0DDA, but there is obviously no because, well, I deleted it.

If the problem persists, you can try the solution proposed in the thread below.

    (1) open the command prompt window by clicking on the Start > applications > Windows system > guest.

    Type: net stop spooler

    Enter: net start spooler
    Type: exit

    2) open Windows Explorer and navigate to:
    %SystemRoot%\System32\Spool\Drivers\W32x86

NOTE: any % is usually C:\Windows, but it might be "winnt" or something else; It is set when the OS is installed.  Most systems are like this C:\Windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86

    (3) in the w32x86 folder, there will be other folders and files.  Delete everything inside, but DO NOT remove the w32x86 folder.

    4) restart the computer - perform clean boot in Windows 10 / 8 / 7

I have to manually install the driver for Aspire ZC-102, updates when I move Windows 8 to 10?

I was struggling with this ACER for more than a year. I have do it I have back when it was still under warranty, 14 months ago. Now I've updated free online through Microsoft for Windows 10 back in early August. I had hoped that my mess was a stack of the operating system, but unfortunately, it's still a piece. However, there is no virus. I run Malwarebytes Pro full time with it has quarantined of PUPPIES as well as McAfee Anti Virus full time. I use cCleaner to keep cut up. I NEVER garguillo or browsed porn.
I've got max 16 GB of RAM. I have very few applications other than Office 2013.

Even if this thing was a room at the time where it was running Windows 8 and 8.1, so I want to try to make it work on Windows 10 without having to start over with a clean install. That's why I asked about the drivers.

your ZC-102 will not have a direct drivers updated from Acer support, which means you have to rely on Windows Update by itself the drivers or get them by yourself.

Let me give you 3 Tips:

    1) never use Registry cleaners Windows 8.x and above all, they are no longer needed

    (2) uninstall McAfee, he kills the performance of your machine, use the antivirus windows integrated, it is good and very light

    (3) If you require loading time fast on programs, think about an SSD upgrade
