• Strange copy paste problem

  I encountered a very strange problem using copy and paste with CS4 (11.0.2). When I select all, move on to another image, copy and paste, the pasted image is moved in position!  As I've never met this problem before, I spent several hours trying to isolate the cause.  It seems to be limited to a particular image.  Although I have saved in several formats, as well with PhotoShop and other programs, the behavior is the same.

  If you save this image as a .png and load it in PhotoShop, you will see that the background is transparent.  If I use the magic wand and a low tolerance to select the transparent part and fill it with an opaque color, the shift on the problem of copy/paste goes!  I tried to reproduce the problem by making a new image with a transparent background and shades of gray in an RGB image, but do not meet the displacement on the problem of copy/paste.

  For reference, the image is the diffuse map a sticker to be applied to another texture.  I wanted to copy on a layer above the normal map to check the size and recording.  I always wanted to do, but am frankly stumped.  Any help would be appreciated.

  EDIT: even if you do not know the solution, if you can load the image in PhotoShop, select all, copy and paste (to produce a copy of the original in a higher layer) and check that the two images do not register, which would increase the confidence of my mental health.

  Christmas is correct to diagnose the 'why' of this problem. If you copy and beyond the layer, it moves everything as you described... However, after a glance you can see that it moves to position the pixels copied exactly in the center of the selected space. You can check by repeating your process to duplicate the Maj... then select the original layer, Select All > Align Vertical centers > Align Horizontal centers. As you can see the works of original art now lines up perfectly with the pasted object. Photoshop is just centering the number given by a few pixels of the document or selection on the dough.

• No automatic updates with the new motherboard. The adjusted settings as advised by your article, restarted the computer - nothing. Downloaded new copy, same problem.

  I get a notification that there is a new update for Firefox and click on it, but the computer is unable to connect to the server and download (if not internet connection works perfectly). I downloaded a new copy and the problem was not solved. I went to your site and set the parameters as indicated by your article, restarted the computer and it is still impossible to have an automatic update as before. (Before the change of the motherboard on the computer of authorized service everything worked fine).

  Try to remove FF from your pc and then it re-download the new version.

• 5 D Mark III video problem - need help!

  Been using my 5 d Mark III for video for about a month now. I noticed a problem occurring in the middle of some plans where the color seems to pass. The problem is so weak that it will take full screen, full HD and a high level of concentration to detect.   I performed these parameters:

  Manual focus

  Opening, ISO: Manually set

  Shutter speed: 1/50

  1920 x 1080 EVERYTHING I have 24 p

  Photo Style: faithful

  Custom white balance

  Auto Lighting Optimizer: OFF

  Highlight priority: OFF

  Speed High ISO NR: OFF

  I tried to see if they were detectable on the LCD on the camera, but to the naked eye, they are not. The original. Show them the MOV files that were transferred from the camera.

  Maybe that Chromatic Aberration or the peripheral illumination Correction? I did not disable these, and they are the only automatic settings I can think that would change Mid-shot.

  In my view, what ISO was set at 100 for these plans.

  Any ideas what could be causing this? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!

  I tested it on multiple devices, and it seems that there is a problem with my primary monitor. I will definitely test it next time I have a problem on multiple devices. Thanks for all the help!

  My Deskjet F2280 refuse copy all documents. I am able to scan and prin Windows and linux, but all the time, there's an E on the small screen of the printer and the black cartridge LED flashes. In my opinion, the copy option should be independent of the PC.

  I removed the black cartridge, I turned on the printer and there is no error. So I imagined that there is a problem with my cartridge. I cleaned it (the contact pins) inserted and now it's OK.

• Copy and layers of dough to file one .psd to another?

  I'm having some difficulties to copy and paste layers from a psd to another, this will allow me to save a lot of time.

  The problem is that I can't select a layer and then copy it to the Clipboard.

  Still another way is to select the layer or layers, and choose Duplicate layer

  then choose the name of your destination document in the dialog box.

  If the documents have the same size, then the layers will be in the same position

  in the destination document.

• Copy/paste problems with Flash Player 10?

  Are there know issues (in different versions of Flash player 10 for Macintosh) where to paste the text in text fields? I am paste text of documents in standard text and web pages... when I paste in normal text in one of my Flex apps, Flash Player 10 seems to strip all the line endings. Here is a description of the steps to reproduce:

  • copy text from a text editor
    
  • paste it into a text field in Flex
    
  • Copy the just pasted content (that is, select the text in the text field Flex, then copy)
    
  • paste into a text editor
    

  Result: the text pasted in my text editor has more no carriage returns.

  I also see that the field .text property contains only a single line of text loooong... Curiously however, it displays as multiple lines, no matter how wide I make the field.

  The issue seems to be specific to Flash Player 10 Macintosh. There is no problem of copy/paste with my Flex in Flash Player 10 Windows application; There is no problem on Mac or Windows on Flash Player 9.

  I wonder if it is a bug in Flash Player 10 Mac, or if there is some new text field property that must be configured to allow the Macintosh copy/paste. He knows installation problems that could cause this behavior?

  I have Flash Player (debug) installed 10.0.12.36. PowerPC / Mac OS 10.4.11

  The current version is 10.0.22.87, but I don't see a debug build for PowerPC Macintosh. I need an Intel Mac? Here is where I looked:

• Users copy & amp; Paste the contents of the word

  To change the content of the website, a lot of my users copy and paste from word. This translates into boxes that appear rather than the appropriate special characters. I tried to copy and paste from Notepad, but then again the same problem arises. I also tried DeMoronise, but yet again, this doesn't seem to work. Users cannot manually enter all the text in the site, is there a solution to the problem?

• Photosmart 7520 copy/fax problem

  Hello. I have a photosmart AIO nine 7520 which, so far, works very well. It suddenly stopped doing the 'sound' when I load paper into the feeder at top of the page to make a copy or send a fax. It is used to operate a Bell to let me know that it detects im paper loading. And that's not all. When I send a 1 or a fax of 2 pages or try to make a copy of page 1 or 2, once the second page is going through, the Manger continues to turn and make a noise loud enough as it is trying to feed another piece of paper that is not there... and the error comes "original weakest error". Ive tried all the FAQ told me to do and it still does not work. In fact, I got the chimes to come back earlier today for a bit, but it was always do the same thing. try to take more of paper that is not there and that the error. This has never happened before, I have not changed the settings, please help, thank you.

• Scanned copy file problem Adobe XI to the directory on the hard drive - the program just hangs up

  Adobe Acrobat Ver XI is a disaster which caused hours and hours of problems.  When bought and installed on May 9, 2014, it seemed to work OK. He left in the fall and finally, after having tried everything I could think and find suggestions for web, I called 800-833-6687 and, finally, talked with someone who did a fix when I transferred the ability for him to remote (case # 0185474926). He leaves again with no possibility to transfer a file a couple of weeks - even once, I tried everything, but the last resort of the call today no longer works. No contact is possible on this line more-

  I used to think that Adobe has been a very good company, but my respect for you and your products has fallen.

  Y at - it anyway to repair this capacity for analysis of a file and then save it to a hard drive?

  In fact, I was able to scan and save the three files (page 1 and 2) earlier today, when I removed completely all adobe plate hard and then reloaded the original installation - but now it still doesn't work anymore!

  You try to import directly from the camera or a card reader? Direct the camera setting was known to be a bit flaky, so if you do this try a card reader instead.

• Dreamweaver & amp; Problem of the Administration to contribute

  I have a strange scenario for a client site that I inherited after that several other developers have participated over the past 2 years... I'm afraid that whoever created the Administration interface contribute is one where there is some legal problems involved, and there is no relationship left. If I contacted them, they would not cooperate. Sad but true.
  
  What I want to do is remove the previous link to Contribute and then reinstall a new Contribute site administration I can drive now. I use Dreamweaver MX 2004 (yet) and have no problem at all by accessing an FTP client site, but the second problem is that I have in fact a full access to the server hosting control panel, as is usually the case. So, if this will involve deleting specific files, I will need to know what to look for (if it is in my opinion) or what to order the contractor accommodation to find and remove.
  
  I currently have to update all the content on the existing, but that is not very effective site design and it is to my benefit to me to do the content updated daily to update that the client could easily manage themselves through Contribute. Whenever I first access the server via FTP from Dreamweaver to download new files, I am invited on activation of connectivity in Contribute. I have Contribute, but have no client Administration contribute key or details. Those who are forever lost, I'm afraid.
  
  I recently renewed its site, and it would be ideal to allow my client to use Contribute. However, I am stuck in a loop because there is no way to access the keys to Moose Contribute site. How can I find and remove the current Administration to contribute, then reinstall Contribute with the new Administration contribute to the site? If I try to manage the site via Dreamweaver (Manage Site - tab to contribute), once it checks through the cache, I get an error that says: "could not find a page at the URL specified site root." Please check the URL the site root. "I wonder if the previous developer may have actually deleted something just to be mean... they were pretty vile and lack of professionalism on many things.
  
  It is far from the typical scenario, I'm used to where I always have total control over the hosting environment, too. However, relative to a part of their site e-commerce site, when I had problems and knew what to ask, hosts sites have been quite reactive. I might be able to request specific files to delete if I could know only what to send it to.

  based on just the sentence above in your wordy post, if you want to remove a
  previous connection using brute force to contribute:

  Open a third-party FTP client and connect to the remote server.
  Look for a folder named _mm that contains a file named contribute.xml

  delete this file and folder.

  The site has more an installer of contribute, and no existing contribute users
  will be able to connect.

• CFLAYOUT & amp; Problem CFMENU

  Well, I was actually very pleased with the new < cflayout > tag and the tag < cfmenu >. For several years, I wanted the opportunity to build a UI that looked more like a client application with out having to go to use YUI and all the hand of coding that goes with it with it's cross-browser issues.
  
  I created a page layout by using a < cflayout type = "border" > with a top area, left and Center. The upper area is a menu bar, and when I use < cfmenu > or any other css menu drop down, the drop downs do not appear spent at the edge of the < cflayoutarea >. I tried to set the z-index and has no effect.
  
  To me, this makes the tag < cflayout > without value, what is the point of having a page layout for an application if you cannot use the drop down menus? I could have used frameset to accomplish the same thing.
  
  I used the YUI and EXT library in the past and never had this problem, then why when he built in CF that it does not work?
  
  And another question is how to change the color of the border? Seems a little odd that the color of the border is not a standard property that can be changed.
  
  So far, I am disappointed by these features. Adobe seems to have dropped the ball on what should be common sense.

  I think you're jumping the gun to fire a little here.

  I do not use these features myself, I prefer to use my own UI built pieces. BUT I am sure that the generated code by CF would produce divs and other HTML tags that have a class or an ID applied to them. CF would then import a style sheet for this style accordingly.

  So, if CF does not provide a way to manipulate the appearance of the user interface directly through the tag itself, try to climb too by using a CSS stylesheet more important in your stylesheet. Look at the class or ID and apply a style to the! important; rule - to ensure that it is reviewed first. for example:

  .someCFclassName {border-color: #000000! important ;}}

  In regards to the CFMENU not being not able to exceed the bottom of the CFLAYOUT - for me, this does not sound like a z-index issue, but rather a problem of overflow. The style applied to the div CFLAYOUT generate by CF could have a style with - {overflow: hidden;}. This also means that something down it, as your menu may be hidden. Also, try to handle this overflow of items and see what happens. Some options include:

  hidden, auto, scroll - learn some CSS sites for more information.

• SSL &amp; amp; Problem FLASH, IE &amp; amp; IIS, caching

  my site offers content Dynamics & must have "caching disabled people" (ie. http Cache-Control headers: No.-cache, Pragma:no - cache, expires immediately, etc..)
  
  I have a SSL certificate installed on an IIS box. Without invoking the SSL, Flash *.swf files work 100% without HTTPS (for example, with or without SSL) but when you use SSL, the *.swf files completely fail to load/rendering (Note: remaining portions of page loads / makes it very well with the IE browser 'lock' - icon that appears.)
  
  I have diddled with the common issues cited in various forums, for example. change references of HTTP-> HTTPS in the < embed object > tag, codebase, etc - so did not not this problem.
  
  HINT... it seems RELATED to caching:(voir ci-dessous)
  
  UNACCEPTABLE SOLUTION: I am able to get the * .swf-s to load in activating all caches... (ie. remove all related "content - expires" technology) but it becomes a DISASTER for a site providing dynamic content!
  
  If anyone found a decent solution?

  Oh, boy! I'm in heaven... The workaround is to set the http headers "Content-control: no - store"! Then delete all the other headers cached and keep the setting of "expires immediately!

  Is it possible to confirm just with this image, if a good cleaning in a professional store of the sensor will fix this, or it could mean that the sensor needs to be replaced?
