Massive problems downloading CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC
After about one day trying to get creative cloud desktop downloader to install completely CC Photoshop and Lightroom, I came to the conclusion, creative Office Cloud is complete crap! installation hangs, doesn't give me any errors. Have tried everything suggested in the previous topics on the issue. If I pay for it, an application should NOT GIVE ME PRESENTS a LOT of FRUSTRATION.

I have a subscription to CC Photoshop and Lightroom. I bought a new Apple MacBook Pro last week. I had Adobe shadow my computer to download both programs on my computer. Downloads succeeded, but now my problem is that nothing has been transferred? I have photos and user presets on my old computer in lightroom, but nothing transferred. Also, it is show on this computer I have 5 Lightroom, but team support pulled up to my account today and downloaded lightroom cc if it still means something. I am a new photographer and green not computer savvy. I am totally confused with no further assistance from Adobe.
It's pretty normal. All your images are always on your old computer and you transfer those to your new computer. Just transfer them as well as your catalog file and opens in Lightroom on the new computer. For presets, you need to transfer files, preferences and presets that are hidden in folders hidden on the Mac. Therefore, with the Mac, when I update the machines, I'm usually just restore from a backup on the new computer (very easy with Time Machine backups) or directly from the old machine (a little harder). This will give all files and settings and the software installed on the old machine immediately and you can just continue. Is not something that Adobe can really help you with either said by the way, but you might have someone from the Apple Store help you with that, if you are not comfortable with moving files to a new computer.
Cc of Lightroom is simply a version update of Lightroom 5. CC requires a monthly subscription that pay you apparently. You did not use the software you pay for if you use 5 Lightroom on the old machine.

I downloaded 11 Photoshop and Lightroom 4 with the links provided here on the forum. Who has worked with the exception of a small problem, when you open both of them the text and controls are super tiny. The middle box is great, but everything else is barely legible, it is so small. A way to solve this problem? Thanks in advance!
Lightroom 4 is a pretty old software, but there are options for the size of the font in Edition > Preferences > Interface.
In regards to Photoshop 11, do you mean Photoshop Elements? If so, you'd better ask in the forum elements Photoshop Elements
But with a high resolution, the latest versions will display better: you have installed the old software that was made before the existence of monitors high resolution.

I bought a CC of Photoshop, Lightroom + bridge CC yesterday, paid for 1 year. In my creative cloud Manager, it seems that I have downloaded the trial versions of CC of Photoshop and Lightroom CC and also purchased versions. I don't know what I have to do. I can't using photoshop and lightroom, because both were languages like trial 30 days.
but ADOBE has always supported my money every month to join the package for photographers (~ 10 Euro/month)
Since 2014.
Problems proved that since I upgraded to Adobe software AC 32 days ago in new versions!
What should I do now, team Adobe?

I see that you have you have a creative with email even cloud as with forums account and some countries such as the Spain.
To order the creative cloud with a credit card the United States, you must have an Adobe ID with United States in your country.
The country store & the Adobe ID, payment details must be same.
For tax reasons, it is not possible to change the country associated with an existing Adobe ID. To work around the problem, you can create a new Adobe ID to the e-mail address associated with your existing Adobe ID see the link for instructions:

I recently changed the laptops on my old laptop I downloaded after payment of the annual fee for her photoshop and lightroom. Since the evolution of the laptop when I connect it it says my trial has expired, but I paid and it won't let me download. Lightroom opens just enough to add a watermark and photoshop, not at all.
