  Do I need to save this file, or was it just for the installation of the master Suite?

  Those are downloaded installer files. The file is extracted from version

  one or the other but they can all be deleted safely and are not required to

• CS6 download problems

  I try to download Adobe Creative Suite 6 Design and Web Premium, which I had bought a few years before, on another computer. When I try to download the file DesignWebPremium_CS6_LS16.7z it will download only about 2.1 gigabytes of 4.5 gigabytes than Abobe and my browser says is the size. I tried this several times and it stops just at 2.1 gigabytes without explanation. If I try to unzip what has been downloaded, I get a message saying that it can't be unziped because it has an unexpected end of data. I have no idea what is happening or what to do to solve this problem. Any help, suggestions or links to useful and relevant troubleshooting instructions would be greatly appreciated.

  I never had this problem before.

  I use DW CS6 and when I try to upload files to my server it takes forever.

  When I use my laptop the process to download the files so fast is not the server.

  I tried to disable my firewall and no improvement.

  I config my firewall (Viper Internet security) to give full access to DW CS6 and still no improvement. I disabled all my extensions and delete the cache file and still no improvement.

  Can someone please.

  I want to improve my download speed on my pc.

  I currently have Master Suite CS5 on my PC with Windows 7.  Can I install Master Suite CS6 on the same machine and keep the CS5 (for example, separate programs), I ran only 1 at a time... but I'm worried if there would be no conflcist?

  What Lightroom 4 and part 3 Pluggins (Nik software) etc. that are already utililizing CS5?

  The only issue would be with Acrobat and the earlier version

  uninstalled as part of the installation of the CS6.

  I bought a license for CS6 suite parental thorugh my school. The instructions given by my school was to download the trial version and then activate it using the key. That was fine until the end of last week, when I had to reformat my laptop. I have no support for this software. It was bought the same 19/01/13 not 6 months. In any case, the trial for the continuation of master CS6 download is over. I read some of the forums and they route people to a website tool Prodesigns. I followed the instructions, without success. I have kepp on getting an access denied. I tried to do in both chrome and internet explore, but I have no chance.

  You will get an access denied error if you do not carefully follow the instructions very important on the prodesigntools page before you click on the download link.

  Most of the people seem to fall on steps 2 and 3.

  I just tried to download prodesigntools.com CS6 Master Collection and it worked fine for me in Chrome and Firefox.

  I bought the Creative Suite Master Collection CS6 (détail) and have a serial number valid. I started to install and saved online, but the installation never reached the end and error messages is not flat. I have checked the forums, support of messages and helps the CD and the files installation, but to no avail. The problem, in simple terms is the installation of stands after some time ask the second DVD (CS6 MstrColl 2), he doesn't seem to recognize it when I put it. Any suggestions?

  The fact that it requires an additional DVD would seem to indicate that your installation media may be damaged.  I recommend you to download the trial of the Master Collection CS6 of http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/tdrc/index.cfm?product=master_collection.  Please make sure you choose the installation for the French files if it is the language you purchased.

• CS6 - Web and Design Suite - Win10 installation problems

  I have a new computer and have been (unsuccessfully) trying to install my Web Design CS6 follow up on this. First I tried (two or three times) to use the download - but it works all the way. Installs as Acrobat Reader worked for this, but Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign did not. So I thought that maybe the file is corrupt and tried to install it from my purchased DVD. Come to the same result - installation works completely, but ultimately, I receive a warning that some products have not been installed correctly. I also have the option to look at the summary - the mistakes that I clicked on. But cannot open the file - now, I checked in my records (according to Adobe FAQ), and he says:

  I uninstalled all associated with Adobe and run CCleaner to remove all that concerns my registry as well. Unfortunately - without success. Which leaves me confused and without my programs on my computer.

  It is a PC, running Windows 10 Premium 64-bit. There an i7 from intel and is this year - I can run and install the CC Photoshop (for example) and all the rest. I'm just not able to install my suite CS6 correctly.
