  I guess you are trying to install the driver LAN WXP because Vista LAN driver is not available. Am I wrong?

  -Create a new folder on your desktop
  -extract all downloaded files here
  -Open Device Manager and right-click on device unknown you want to install
  -choose Properties

  -Click on it and go to the new folder created
  -Follow the on-screen menu

I can't say for sure if you can use the update of the BIOS of the United States support site. I recommend you to call the partner of service authorized in your country.
