Only guess, but you just finished your first year of CC? The price has always been to $49, but they lead an introductory offer of $29 for the first year of service for some time. So if your first year is up and you have the special pricing, you are back to normal pricing.

If there is no pre-parameter for this report, you can export data from the CDR of CAR web page and then use Excel to sort by number and calculate the total number of minutes for some months.

Switching to annual pay per month
Hi - I hope someone can help me. I have to cancel my prepaid annual subscription and move to a pay per month plan, but there is no option to do so. I followed the instructions in the adobe online help and "switch plan" and "cancel the plan" links are simply not there. Please help as I feel rather frustrated hard, apparently, to complete what should be a simple process.

If you work on a Mac, it will leave you not change the hosts file in the folder etc.
If the hosts file has input from adobe, then please copy the file to the desktop, and then remove the entries of Adobe.
