  Well, if I understand your message, it's that - you send mail with unique label or message (something unique added with the text of the message) and you want to add the menu item when a user opens the message.

  According to my understanding - I have a solution.

  We have a listener "VeiwExtendedListener", that provide notifications for new, open, close, reply, and forward.

  You can implement this listener and to open(), you get the instance of the message object, which is open.  With this object message get the content of the message, locate the tag unique in the text of the message, if it is in the message, and then add your menu item.

  I don't think that you can move the toolbar above the Menu bar. Or is the toolbar missing? If it is not present, right-click on an empty spot on the menu bar and check the toolbar.

  I managed to fix it!

  I completely removed the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINEentry-SOFTWARE-Clients-Mail\Windows Live Mail and then repaired Windows Live Essentials.

  The toolbars are still on display in your browser?

  If you still have the address bar, right click on any part that is not a text box or the icon, or if you do not like that of any space right click on the three horizontal lines on the right side of the address bar window. This should show some options, click on 'Menu Bar' and the tabs you are missing should appear.

  As a side note, usually if these options are missing, your icon of firefox in the upper left corner of the window should look different (being a rectangular button itself as opposed to an icon), and the 'file', 'Edition', 'Bookmarks', etc., are found after clicking on this button.

• Error "no message from the past two weeks and all old messages over two weeks are lost" trying to open hotmail in the Mail application.

  I just windows 8. Hotmail works very well in desktop mode, but when I use the mail in the application on my hotmail gives me a message "no messages of the past two weeks" and all the messages two weeks are lost.

  I don't see 'Accounts' when I go to the Windows key + C... I went to the settings-> change PC settings and then I have users... but I see no option for Live account or to download the emails?
