Menu 'open with' keeps opening when I open anything.

Administrator opens some elements but there is a problem with my own profile. In my profile, it is said could be a problem with the registry errors, I made tests both through of cmd and the ordinary scanner and whenever he came with nothing.  This problem is annoying amazing and made work on unbearable computer. I don't want to do a full scan to fix it if I can do it before going to the point of no return please let me know.
