Message screen of Windows 7... NO REAL?

I have a note at the bottom right of my screen saver that says "Windows 7 - Build 7601 - this copy of Windows is not genuine"... WHY?

I suggest that you run the diagnostic tool Microsoft Genuine Advantage in normal mode and copy and paste the results into a response for further analysis:

Run the tool and when it ends, click the copy button, open a text such as Word or Notepad file and select Edit, paste. You can paste directly into an answer here. Open a response, right click and select Paste.

I have a M2n SLI chipset and my computer came stock with vista 64-bit, after losing all the functions of the operating system because of a problem of .net I have tried to restore without result.  I got down to the wire with whiping the drive and now I am trying install Windows XP Pro Service Pack 1 (old drive, still trying to see if an operating system takes in general).  The BIOS Setup to boot from the disk, I get the blue screen of installation of Windows to pop - up and start installing its drivers.  However once he reaches the message 'Setup starts Windows', the screen freezes it for as long as I'm ready to watch it (left for a long period of time and no difference).

Other cases that I also noticed when I restart my computer it will not even reach the configuration screen rather right at the point where you could normally see "Press any key to boot from CD" I received a message 'FreeDOS' and it hangs there.

  • Black screen with windows to return to the scroll bar - Qosmio G30

    Hello

I was wondering if someone can help me. I have a Qosmio G30-161 and I encounter a few problems with it right now, every time I close the top of the laptop and leave it for about half an hour that I reopen the form and I get a black screen with a running scroll bar downstairs with the message saying "Resuming Windows to troubleshoot with windows press anyone." I let the scroll bar run its course and it goes back to the screen where it was before I close the lid. Can someone help me this is driving me crazy having to wait for the roll bar all the time, it has only recently begun.

I also have a problem concerning the closing of windows Explorer. Whenever I do this I get an error message "Error 217", this all started when I installed Norton Anti virus, I uninstalled this product and the problem resolved, I reinstalled norton and the problem came back.

    Anyway to solve this problem.

    Thank you very much.

First of all can you explain to me what should happen when you close the lid of the display?

In the settings of power at the moment is chosen the track option: when I close the lid to HIBERNATE. Please check this option on the tab stock setup and choose your preferred option.

I have no explanation for this Norton related issue. If Norton brand issues I recommend you to use other (better ;)) software.

    Good bye

    Hello

I was going through discussions and saw that it had not received a response.

Let's start by running chkdsk from the recovery console.

Instructions on the entry for the recovery console is located at the following link:

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/314058

While we are at the command prompt, type the following command followed by the Enter key:

    CHKDSK C:/p

Allow to run chkdsk, and note that it can take some time.

Try to restart it in normal mode when chkdsk is finished.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

If you update the drivers manually, then it's a good idea to disable the facilities of driver under Windows
Updates, that leaves about Windows updates but it will not install the drivers that will be generally
older and cause problems. If updates offers a new driver and then HIDE it (right click on it), then
get new manually if you wish.

    1. no changes have been made on the computer before the show.

    2. the PC allows me to log on, but he did not finish before she lifted the IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error such as a STOP message on loading Windows Vista blue screen.  Then it will allow me to start mode without failure, but only without a network.  I did a system restore to what I thought, it was a good point and then for a week before the show, but nothing has changed.  The problem persists.  I also used advanced Startup Options (F8) and tried to get to the last good known Configuration, but the same thing happens.

I think this is material - I opened and cleaned it out, reinstall memory, Reseat the video card.  I think it's time to take it!

Scan the document first, then compose the e-mail message and then use Insert | Piece attached or just drag the file on top of the message to attach it.  In addition, if the file is very important, that it will take time to treat it because it must be coded to check the size of the file.

    Hello

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

The DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error usually occurs after the installation of the faulty device driver or service system, BIOS.

If you encounter a bug 0xA control during the upgrade to a later version of Windows, this error can be caused by a device driver, system service, an anti-virus or a backup tool that is not compatible with the new version.

To help you suggest several steps to solve the problem, I would appreciate if you could answer the following questions:

    • Did you just install a new program or a piece of hardware, update a driver, install an update, etc. ?

    • You get the error message? Please provide the exact error message / error code.

I suggest you try using the methods below and check if it can help solve the problem.

Method 1: Run the Safe Mode and perform a clean boot

Step 1: Safe Mode. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode that starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and services. Start your operating system in this way and see if the problem appears.

Start the computer in safe mode with network and check if the problem persists. Follow these steps to start the computer in safe mode.

Click on the link and follow the steps in Start parameters of Windows (including safe mode)

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-in/Windows-8/Windows-startup-settings-including-safe-mode

If the problem does not exist in safe mode, try to perform a clean boot and check.

Step 2: Perform the clean boot.

Reference: How to perform a clean boot in Windows

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After troubleshooting, consult this section «How to reset the computer to start normally after a boot minimum troubleshooting»

If the problem persists I suggest you follow method 2

    Method 2:

Resolution of errors blue screen in Windows

    Reference: http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-8/resolve-Windows-blue-screen-errors

IMPORTANT: When you use system restore to restore the computer to a previous state, the programs and updates that you have installed are removed.

Also check your installed programs. If you see something that you have not installed and is not part of Windows, use the Remove Programs option.

Hope this information is useful. Please let us know if you need help with Windows.

    Thank you

After loading front portable Book slowed down. I have one installed FB even boredom. I go into programs and mailwatcher.exe is always on as well as 3 or 4 others, in any case the phone does not start no further than the windows mobile screen. I did a restet and a clear before that.

So for you ensure that I understand, when you start the phone that he never took the start screen for Windows Mobile... is that correct?  I'm lost on how you managed to get to the task manager then?  Anyway, if you're stuck in fact at the start screen, I would try to make a forced Clear/reset the keyboard at startup... but I warn, this will reset the device back to the State wherever it was when you took it first in its packaging.

To make the keyboard master reset/clear, turn the unit off then hold down ONLY the E and Z.  Hold these keys down and press and release the power button to start the device (always ONLY the E and Z keys) to start.  After a while, you should see a message on the screen that the device is reset.  From there on, it should start back up and you will need to reinstall all your applications and data.

I hope that solves your problem!
