  If you have WinMail set to leave a copy of messages on the server (Tools |) Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced), you can set up a second instance of your e-mail account and download the messages of this instance, so that you can receive the message again.  For the future, you can activate this option and set it to delete after a few days, and then you can get messages again if needed.

  Not really. The biggest advice I can give you is to do extensive testing.

  At Pretty digital, we have a VMWARE server set up in the office which is loaded with 30 virtual machines set up to replicate all major browsers / operating systems and email clients. We do thorough like this tests.

  For simpler configurations, you can use something like the sunflower - https://litmus.com/email-testing

  We've used before and it's pretty goodhttps://litmus.com/spam-filter-tests

  They also have an additional services that performs the test SCORE of SPAM. This flags of content issues you can adjust your content and try again. - https://litmus.com/spam-filter-tests

  What you want to do is team up with another agency to share an account of sunflower (if you want to be sneaky) we can or not do this before. .

  These emails are not from Apple. Use identifying fraudulent "phishing" email - Apple support to help you identify and report phishing.
