Microsoft Office gone forever?

I got my computer 2 years ago, and he recently came to a stop near speed. As a result, I had the hard drive, clean again. The PC came with Windows and Microsoft office but without and real disks. Windows has been reinstalled to me by the person who wiped away with the code from the sticker on the side of the case, and I have all the things I wanted / need sustained upward or on the CD, they came, except for the lack of forecasting of Microsoft Office.

Is there a way at all I can return my office?  Or my overlooking of it when I had deleted everything caused lose me forever?

Microsoft Office Starter has been included in the OEM package.  If the windows reinstall was doing with the HP Recovery or partition Recovery DVD set then possible, it is always there.  See this; http://support.HP.com/us-en/document/c02981221

If it is not still there or is not responding, then see here to reinstall: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/officestarter.html

I swear I saw a link from Microsoft earlier but the snapfile site is secure.

    Assuming you are using Vista...
Do a system restore. Choose a date on which all the shortcuts are present and work as your restore point.

Start button > Search box, type system restore > press the Enter key > uac prompt > click on choose a different restore point > next > select dates as your restore point, until the click > next > finish
To sit and wait. The machine restarts when it's done.

In any case it took me forever to get herre to write this. Why cantToshiba have just a simple e-mail response to the queries of customers service! I bought it in August last year and this is the first time that I need help, but you would have thought that they would have made it easier to the needs of customers!

    Thank you.

    Hello

    > Home Office thing
    Nice description ;)

In any case, I think you mean the version of Microsoft Office that is preinstalled on your laptop. As far as I know that s only a trial version of it and that means you need to buy a version of office if you want to continue using it.

If you n t buy a version of desktop, you can t more use it.

Finally, and especially if you have several problems, you should contact a Toshiba instead authorized service provider directly.

  • Update of security for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 (KB2464594)

Tried earlier updates for 5 times, but all failed. Anyone aware of the problem of the object? Much obliged for your help

If you did an upgrade to Office 2007 to 2010 then you are stuck with a left-over from the 2007 version which is called "Microsoft Office 2007 Primary Interop Assemblies"

You can uninstall it using this command:

    MsiExec.exe /X {50120000-1105-0000-0000-0000000FF1CE}

After that - another "search for updates" and see if it is gone...

  • Update of Windows Live Essentials 2011 (KB2434419) beat Microsoft Office 2007

Immediately after the installation of Windows Live Essentials 2011 (KB2434419) through Windows Update on my Vista 32 system, Microsoft Office 2007 Ultimate invites to enter the license key code and starts the installation.  The normal template is gone/modified so that all the options of the program are returned to default original.  I saw this happen at two other PC's today so I know that this isn't an isolated incident.  Is asked for license key code in Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.  If I don't give the key code, a screen repsonds that installation has been cancelled; However, all the custom settings for the program were still missing.

In all these cases, the BONES and the Office have legitimate activated licenses is not the question.

Just noticed that Outlook lost one email account and the account settings button is broke (grey) so I can't recreate the e-mail account.

  • Filter junk e-mail in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007 (KB976884) fails with the error Code 1603 (or 1402) in Windows logs when using Windows Update in Windows 7

It's more for info, but it would be great if MS past this info to their developers so that the Windows broken for KB976884 update package can be fixed.

Newspapers MSI mentioned above show the following error information, all related to being too restrictive registry permissions.  Perhaps the restrictive registry permissions are design due to the product; in which case the update package must be fixed.

Resolve open Regedit and search on the first GUID after components.  The full registry path you are looking for is "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE-1-5-18\Components\.

Don't find the GUID "00002119E20000000000000000F01FEC" as there are hundreds of entries and you will be forever.

For example, in find point 5 '6F949E36CB3004C50AF18C3B9B1A1EE8' you will see that the key has void key and one of these sub keys will be '00002119E20000000000000000F01FEC '.  When you select '00002119E20000000000000000F01FEC' you will see you get "access denied".

First STEP: right-click on the "00002119E20000000000000000F01FEC" subkey and select "permissions".  Windows will tell you that you can view this subkey.  Click on the "Advanced" button and click the group to select the 'administrators' tab 'Property' under ' to a change in ownership: "& check the 'Replace owner of subcontainers and objects' option click on 'APPLY '.  If you click on 'OK', you will get access denied.

STEP 2: select the "permissions" tab and make sure that both the "Include permissions can be inherited from parents of the object" & "Replace all permissions of child object with permissions inheritable from this object" options are checked.  Click 'APPLY '.  Do not click on 'OK' you will get "Access denied" yet

Repeat the steps for each GUID registry and then try and install the update via Windows Update.

Whenever you see an error in the update Windowsw it generates an error log and stores it in the Temp of Windows folder, normally located in C:\Windows\Temp.  Sort by date to get the last newspaper at the top.

The error logs are normally preceded by MSI in the form MSIxxxxx.LOG.

I hope this works if you can not get rid of this error, but I would have preferred that ms fixed properly!

    Good luck

    See you soon

    Pete

  • I lost my Microsoft Office Starter 2010, when I ran to the restoration of the system opened on my Acer A0 D257

I lost my Microsoft Office Starter 2010, when I ran to the open on my Acer Aspire One D257 system restore. (It works much better now).  I find the apps that have been removed, but can not find them anywhere. As well as the Office Starter 2010, I searched for the most in the list of funds that was provided after that what he's done, as Acer Crystal Eye Webcam Acer.  I thought Acer eRecovery Management, but does not download it because there doesn't seem to be a source of Acer. The only application that I reinstalled successfully is the wireless printer.

Should I concentrate on finding the Acer applications and they will help me find the Office Starter 2010?

    > If it's really gone, so do you think an eRecovery let me a (all) operating system, even if it is Win 10? >>>

If the hidden recovery is * really * gone, the eRecovery Alt + F10 procedure shown in the video does NOT work. Make sure you follow the video, including the schedule and the sequence of tapping the Alt and F10 keys. Another way to confirm that the hidden folder is 'really' disappeared, is to open the "Control Panel". Then do a search on the word "partition". Click on create or format partitions on hard drive. A box will appear saying if you have a partition or collection record.

  • I opened outlook express and all my emails and I created folders disappeared. Are they gone forever? Ideas?

I opened outlook express and all my emails and I created folders disappeared. Are they gone forever? Ideas?

It looks like a new OE has been created? File | Identities. Y at - it a list?

If this is not the case, look for your message store folder. While following the path, when you get to the identities, see if there is a second appearing, and if this identity has for folders dbx files you are missing.

Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

The path to the message will be very similar to this:

    C:\Documents and Settings\Your User of utilisateur\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\ {long string of letters & numbers} \Microsoft\Outlook Express
  • Microsoft Office 2011 issue

I've looked at the folder of Microsoft office on my mac and was the removal of the things in the suite that I do not use outlook, for example. I also deleted something that says 'Read me' html. IM curious isn't it smart to do this and is it bad for security?

depends, many legitimate companies have HTML read the so that the content can be updated on a Web site as soon as it will be applicable. A less demanding person might try to use a sneaky method to access a web page that is incriminating but if your concern is that any HTML file is inherently a security risk then everything on the internet must be avoided with this logic.

  • Microsoft Office 2011 Mac is compatible with OS Sierra

I'm still on Microsoft Office for Mac 2011 on iMac.

Ask yourself if this version is compatible with OS Sierra?

It is, but you may have to reinstall (MS Office don't like upgrades of a large part of the time)

Office 2011 always works, even with El Capitan. If you go to the office 2016, then you can only buy the annual subscription $ 99.00 / year. Office 2011 can be found for $139.00.

If you do not require 100% compatibility, you can use the Free Officefree software.

I have a macbook with OS X El Capitan air and recently installed microsoft office 2016, noticing a huge difference in my battery life.

It seems that the issue is Word 2016, because excel and powerpoint work as usual; but since the word is the program used mostly I noticed the issue and he has seen a few posts about this in the internet.

  • How to download free microsoft office in my iMac

Please can someone tell me how to download free Microsoft office on my iMac?

Microsoft Office is available as a free application or through a subscription service. It is not a free application, although there is a free trial for one month of subscription to the service (which requires a credit card: payment is taken automatically after one month unless you cancel it).

The link to the Agency depends on what country you are; Start by Googling Microsoft Office.
