I get this everytime I try to print from my design program (Splash): error in C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3\LXCItime.dll missing entry: lack of entry: RunDLLEntry It just started and I have not installed anything new.
Hello Lscherr,
Thank you for your message. To clarify, you are able to print out your design program? You can try to perform a clean boot and printing of your design program. A clean boot will start your computer without any 3rd party applications, you can then start your design software and test the printing functionality. If you are able to print, the problem may be caused by another application of part 3. What is this for? Can I do anything about it?

What make and model of printer you have?
It could be virus/malware related butI I think this may just be caused by the drivers of your printer,
Make sure your machine is pest free, run a MalwareBytes scan on your computer: http://www.malwarebytes.org/
If the machine comes out clean reinstall your printer drivers.

Hi, recently when I start my laptop I get the following pop-up message: lack of C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\DRIVERS\W32X86\3\LXCItime.dll entry: RunDLLEntry.
The only new program, I installed was a Lexmark printer, contacted Lexmark and with the help of a tech has established that the driver was installed correctly and it says that the pop-up message was a Windows problem.
that declares the message, it's that it can't find the file named: LXCItime.dll
According to the windows registry, which would have been changed and updated by lexmark software, the above file is saved in the registry, but it is not in the physical location on the disk.
my suggestion is to unplug the printer from the pc then uninstall the lexmark software, then restart.
Then, connect the printer to the pc and see if windows can automatically install the driver. If this isn't the case, then it will ask your lexmark cd or you will need to run the Add/Remove Hardware Control Panel and manually try to install the driver for it.

DLCGtime.dll missing entry: RunDLL error.
Whenever I start the system give me a missing entry DLCGtime.dll: RunDLL error. How to fix this?
Hello
1. have you done any change in software on the computer lately?Method 1.
Let us first start the sfc scan and check if there are any file system corruption.
a. to do this, click Start, click programs, accessories principally made, right click Guest and then click Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on allow.
b. type the following command and press ENTER:
sfc/scannow
The sfc/scannow command. analyzes all protected system files and replaces incorrect versions with appropriate Microsoft versions.
More information on SFC scan found in this document:
Description of Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 System File Checker (Sfc.exe)
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310747Method 2.
I also suspect that it is a virus and I highly recommend to run a Virus Scan online.
Sometimes the security program installed might not be fair enough. I also recommend you update your security software regularly.
a. follow the link below to start the free online scan:
http://OneCare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm
b. run the malware removal tool from Microsoft.
