  I just bought Adobe Premiere elements 14. When I try to install, it takes the serial number. It is not the case to find. Not on the cover of the cd or case.   When you buy a license, the software is a secondary element (you can download it even before you buy - is not a required deliverable to the purchase)... the main item that you purchase is a license that takes the form of a valid serial number to the extent where what is delivered.  If the seller has not provided such a number of series, or a redemption code to purchase a serial number, it is then up to the seller to stipulate that.  In short, sue the seller for the number of series/redemption code.

  I bought CS2 in 2004 to a work computer. It was purchased through the University and installed on my computer. Over the years, I got new computers and I was able to install CS2 on new computers as they are replaced. The it guy who had the liscence information is no longer here, however, and I can't find the serial number to run CS2 on my newer computer.   For some reason, it seems that the update of the BIOS wiped out relevant info in your BIOS. It will require repairs at HP to restore the info.

  However, any of these are displayed on the outside of my machine anywhere.

  I happen to know the product name and serial number. I was able to find other ways - that is not the issue. As far as I know, these physical labels should have with the machine.

  Was it simply a mistake during Assembly, or Lenovo just stopped putting on these labels? If the first case, is there a way to ask Lenovo send me these labels? If the latter, Lenovo might consider updating the page linked above.

  Any inisight would be duly appreciated.

  My T460p shows the T460p at the bottom right of the screen and the serial number and the code of the product under the battery. But the T460 is very dark on the corner of the screen, and Seraglio/product numbers appear on the very dark black label under the battery.

  When I try to install 5 LR it asks LR 4 serial number (whether it's an upgrade) which I can't find.  I thought I bought directly from Adobe, but not sure.  Is there a way to find out and if not what are my options?

  Check you account online to see if the product is then in your purchase history.  If you have saved it so you can also find available serial number there.

  The serial number is indicated in the system information in the Help menu of LR (5.x).

  If you registered your software with Adobe Connect to your Adobe account with the Adobe ID you can find your serial number there too.

  AlizeD if serial number was ever recorded while I'm not aware of a way to retrieve the serial number.  I recommend you to contact our team of support directly to Contact Customer Service to see if you may have saved the title of software under a different account.
