Hello. I recently bought the Microsoft Mobile Memory Mouse 8000. Fantastic product. I love it and use it every day. I don't know how I managed without it.

My question is about charge via the USB port. I understand that I connect the mouse using the trans-receiever USB and the magnetic cord. This loads the mouse very well and I can see the Green battery pulse light. My question is, how do I know when the mouse is fully charged? The light will stop throbbing? Please let me know.

    Thank you!

  • Startup error message: "Microsoft Mobile PC presentation adaptability Client has stopped working".

I recently tried to install SP2 to Vista, but it failed. I tried all the resolutions posted, but it is not always correct it. Later, I started my Vista (automatically restored to SP1) and it came with a mistake, "Microsoft Mobile PC presentation adaptability Client has stopped working". I tried searching on the net for similar problems, but I could not find any solution. He comes back every time you start, after that the background, shortcuts and the system tray loaded. This error started showing when I tried to install SP2, but he failed and returned to changes. I think that something could have gone wrong and that's why it shows this message.   Today I tried the system restore to the restore point JUST before I tried to install SP2, but it ALSO failed and brought me back to the State.
I'm not sure if it's related, but I'm also no longer be able to use Windows Media Center, as every time I start it I immediately receive the error message "Media Center has stopped working".

    Hi zensurferboi,

First, we will check if we get error safe mode, start the computer in Safe Mode reboot and press the F8 key for about four to five times. You'll see the Mode without failure listed in the advanced window options, select Safe Mode, and then press ENTER.

Check if the error mode without failure.

If the startup error message does not appear safe mode, I recommend you to place the computer in a clean boot state, and check if the problem occurs in a clean boot state.

To put the computer in a clean boot state, follow these steps:

    Perform a clean boot

Note If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. (The box use the Boot file is not available.)

    d. on the Services tab, select the hide all Microsoft services check box and then click on disable all.

Note Following this step lets services Microsoft continue to run. These services include networking, Plug-and-Play, record of events, error reporting, and other services. If you disable these services, you can permanently delete all restore points. Do not do this if you want to use to restore the system with the existing restore points.

    e. click OK, and then click restart.

Once the computer restarts, check if you get the error of starting.

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    1. Click Start , type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box and press ENTER.

  • Exe to install Microsoft has stopped working.

Hello. I'm running Windows Vista 64. I try to install the game of Microsoft Age of Empires 2 and the installation program runs completely towards the end, then the message ' Autorun/setup of Microsoft has stopped working. This happens when I try to install any game.

I also waiting for updates to download and install, and everytime I try, it starts to install the update and then I get the same error at the end of the installation. I scanned my whole PC for any virus threats and found nothing. I also tried a "clean boot" as I saw suggested on these forums and that has not worked either. Any help would be appreciated.

Try right click on the actual Setup.exe and choosing the option "Run As Administrator"?  Perform, even if your user name is an administrator.

Have you tried to clean your Temp folder, you can do this by typing folder in the Start Menu RUN box.  This will open your Temp folder, there, you can remove all Windows will allow you to do.

It may be necessary to show both hidden and system files and also uncheck 'Hide known file types' in Control Panel / folder Options / view to navigate to the mentioned location of Temp.

Sometimes other software, especially security type programs, can interfere with your facilities.

I can't use system restore because all my restore points are too recent.  Any ideas?

Sorry for the delay.  I had problems with my computer.  Your suggestion seems to solve the cache tool manufacturer but the system still kept crashing at least suggesting that the problems were not related.  My system has collapsed recently and I'm keeping my fingers crossed.  I don't know why, I think it was a recent update of windows that can be fixed.

    Thanks a lot for now.

  • Scroll wheel on the mouse Microsoft 3000 wireless has stopped working?

I bought a Microsoft Wireless 3000 Mobile in purple mouse, manufacturer #6BA-0026 last month and now the wheel has stopped working. I can't move the mouse. Only the buttons work, this mouse is less, is about a month. Cannot take back to the store because they one day 14 return policy, so now I'm stuck with a mouse that doesn't work. Is it possible to get the scroll wheel to work. Using the button takes a lot more movement and it is easier to use the wheel. Why my mouse was working only for a month? Do I have to spend more money to buy another mouse? Is there some type of downloading software that I can use to make this mouse works correctly.

    Hello

IE and Explorer are closely related, so things that affect one affect both.

Try these and it can also be a good idea to update your main drivers later. The General corruption can also play a
role in this issue. And even the TCP/IP stack might need to be refreshed.

What antivirus/antispyware/security products do you have on the machine? Be one you ALREADY had on this
machine, including those you have uninstalled (they leave leftovers behind which can cause strange problems).

If no joy there's something blocking perhaps.

Start - All Programs - Accessories - System Tools - IE with no Addons - what works best?

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Advanced - tab click on restore, and then click Reset - apply / OK

IE - Tools - Internet Options - Security tab - click on reset all default areas - apply / OK

Close and restart IE or IE with no addons

    not better?

IE - tools - manage Addons (for sure disable SSV2 if it is there, it is no longer necessary but Java always install
"(and it causes problems - you never update Java to go back in and turn it off again)." Search for other possible problems.

Windows Defender - tools - software explore - look for problems with programs that do not look right. Permit
are usually OK and "unauthorized" are not always bad. If in doubt about a program to ask about it here.

Could be that a BHO - BHOremover - free - standalone program, needs no installation, download and run - not all
are bad, but some can cause your question (toolbars are BHO).

    Maybe need of these:

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - Device Manager - Display Adapter - note the brand and complete model of your

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party with their

Now go to the site of the manufacturer of system (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) (restoration) and then of the manufacturer of the device
(Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for the BIOS, Chipset and software)
