mobo

I just bought a laptop Hp DV6 1355 Entertainment and the chip of core duo, memory of eight shows, ranging up to 320 HD. I know that there are several other models in the DV6 regarding the different CPU as the i3 and i5. My question is this, is this the same MoBo for all models? I did buy a basket case of a friend who has crossed its DV6 above his knee and ripped the cover off the unit screen\. Anyway, believe it or not the unit still works with an external monitor. I bought another one desperate on ebay who needs a new screen and am hoping to build a laptop between the two. Outside of ebay is the AMD Turionx2. If anyone knows what chip is preferable to use, the core duo or AMD Turion? The seller claims that AMD Turion unit just needs a new screen I have my DV6. So overall, im trying to take the best parts of each of them and end up with a fully working unit. Any help or advice are appreciated.

Hello

No (and can be), even every generation can have many templates and each template can have different mobo. To be able to know, to watch a part number . HP may use same mobo for series of othe.

Kind regards.

    I don't think so.

Download and install this free utility for files.

The 2nd listed file is 64-bit.

    http://www.7-zip.org/

Then download and save, but do not run the ethernet driver from the support page of your PC.

This package provides the original driver for Atheros Ethernet Controller solutions in the supported models that are running a supported operating system.

    File name: sp56617.exe

Right click on the ethernet atheros driver you downloaded and select 7 - zip from the list of items.

Have 7-Zip extract of: and let it extract the file in the file name (sp56617).

Go to Device Manager and click on the ethernet controller needing drivers.

Click the driver tab.  Click on set to update driver.

Original HP mobo crashed.  Replaced by superior version 2.0 than the 1.2 that it came with, but same manufacturer.

    Product # G6R30UA #ABA

    Windows 8.1

I bought this laptop News 16 months ago and the two USB 3.0 ports failed and he is now out of warranty.  I bought a used mobo 763422-501 similar to that of the computer now.  I read on the map after a map change parent, you must re-enable windows 8.1 and the key is embedded in the BIOS.  Is there a way to get the key of activation from the BIOS before you start the replacement?  Should I have the activation key of the replacement card or the motherboard that is in your computer now? Y at - it other traps that I could meet with this replacement?

Yes, I was referring to the Council that went into the laptop. If the new Board of Directors has a built-in Windows key can just choose it upward, but if not you have the original key to use.

  • New Mobo

My Pegatron M2N78 - LA Mobo is just released and I am lookin for a replacement for the games. I am to assume to an another Mobo AM3 correct? Also, I have Windows 7 Home Premium, so a Mobo that supports that would be nice if possible. Any suggestions appreciated

    Hi Nelfrey,

Here's something that you can't think.

Unless you replace the motherboard with a card mother HP same as you had the PC case, then your product key on the sticker for the PC Windows 7 license will be valid.  There is no option to use the license in all configurations that are different from desktop PC you bought from HP.

I know it's hard to hear that, but unfortunately licenses OEM purchased with a PC as part of the package are not legally transferable to another PC.

    Best regards

  • It takes a long time to access BIOS on the Qosmio X 300 after replacing the mobo

I JUST REPLACE THE MOTHERBOARD ON A QOSMIO X 300 AND IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET INTO THE BIOS SETINGS, ABOUT 40 MIN. AND WHEN ITS IN, IT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE TWO HARD DRIVES.
THE NEW MOTHERBOARD IS THE NUMBER OF EXACT AS THE ORIGINAL PIECE.

I TRIED THIS DRUG AND IT DOESN'T WORK...

    Help, please.

I agree, the RAM should be tested in the case contrary you did something wrong during the process of replacement/disassembly may be the mobo was already damaged

  • X 301 diagnosis: bad Mobo or just KB/screen?

Just give an old X 301 (surprisingly, the first time dealing with this model) and was told by the principal that they believed that the mobo was bad due to overheating and the KB and the screen didn't work. Well, not sure how tech-savvy, they were, while taken with a grain of salt. Turns out he publish, but the (not sure if LED or CCFL) LCD lamp does not light despite the graphics being displayed on the screen (visible at extreme angles). Like they said, pressures on the keys are not recognized.

These two problems inherently need confirm now, not a bad mobo. Yet, if we consider a usb kb and external monitor, is it more likely to be components or the mobo?

I just wanted some reviews before the parts supply or even burst it open (here's hoping for loose ground cable!). * beep * solid feeling machine however. Would be nice to get this in order even without extensible CPU option.

    Type: 2774-W8Q

Reinstall a few cables, well, all right. Well well, for the most part. Thanks in any case.

  • Where to buy 2nd hand mobo for Satellite A300 - 21H

I hope that someone will be able to help.

Where can I buy a hand 2nd if possible motherboard for my wife A300 21 H.

The system isn't that 18 months old very annoying it took so little time.
I had to check the installation, and they think that it is the motherboard.

I was quoted £300 + to fix the laptop isn't worth paying this amount thus thought, I would have a go at repairing myself.

    That s right.

New motherboards are very high, much more in the event that it s not worth buying the new mobo.
I would recommend a few internet auctions to pages (ebay, etc) to get a 2nd hand mother.

Maybe you could get a 2nd hand A300 unit where the card mother does not malfunction

    Hey people,

I'm trying to back a p15-s470 I came across not assembled.
I picked up a new motherboard and install and I try to pull up this laptop.

My problem... where video cables (black and white wires) to connect to the motherboard?
Which side and where on the plate are taken?
For the life of me I can't find the connection points.

Thanks for any help. Very happy.

Can also meet [email protected] if you might have pictures of places that would help also.

  • HP Pavilion 500-257c: mobo 3.0 header

Why the mobo does not recognize a market after front usb 3.0. Front 3.0 Panel provided with the computer works, but will not be a market after and theres nothing wrong with the market after 3.0 usb.

HP wireless plug mobo 3.0 different header, then another mobo

    Ok.

The header on the motherboard requires a connector owner.  It is the case with many motherboards used on pre-built computers regardless of brand. The manufacturer of the motherboard for a desktop PC, which could be Pegatron or ASUS, to name a few, produced the motherboard according to the requirements of the contract they have with the manufacturer of desktop computers.

If you want generic plug ' n play headers on motherboard then, may I recommend that do you the same thing, as do other ethusiasts. Buy the motherboard that responds to your own specifications and build it yourself. I'm just like that. Here's my solution, when it comes to desktop PC. I built the system that I use at the moment based on a mobo ASUS Crosshair V Formula-z to my own features. I really like the high-end manufactured portable computers, but I like to build my own desktop PC.

If you use only pre-engineered PCs, you can complain on non-standard headers all you want, but it will have no effect on the industry standards.

  • The dimensions on the mobo MTQ45MK need, ThinkCentre M58P desktop computer

All - beginners, glancing a ThinkCentre M58P, not the SFF desktop computer, with MTQ45MK mobo and my understanding is that there mATX mobo, but I need the dimensions because it may wind up in a different chassis until this project is completed. I think they call this Panda Board. Thank you

Receive my eBay system, dimensions on the mobo are 9.6 x 9.6, which is the larger of the two form factors card mother mATX. It makes sense, since it is so complete. I will detail my swap of the system in another forum,

  • HP Envy 750-124: HP Envy 750-124 Odense mobo not capable of 1.5V?

The specs say it should work, or I thought

    Two plugs DDR3L DIMM 240-pin
    Supports the following:

    PC3L-12800 (DDR3L-1600)
    PC3L-10600 (1333-DDR3L)

DDR3L is a capable bitensión SoDIMM memory, which supports the operation at 1.35v and 1.5V. DDR3L is also compatible pin with DDR3. DDR3 is a simple voltage capable memory SoDIMM, which supports 1.5V operation only.

Started with 2 sticks 8 GB installed and got 2 short and 3 long beeps in bios. Tried a stick at the same time the permutation. I had 2 sticks no good?

Can not find a spec sheet/manual Odense anywhere even in the Pegatron so if someone has a link please share!

This mobo Odense is not capable of 1.5V on the memory?

    Hello

The following specifications, your machine (not the motherboard) supports DDR3L RAM:

  • The MOBO will support an upgrade of the power supply

I want to buy an ASUS GeForce GT 430, but it requires a power of 300w.  The motherboard in the CQ5320F will support the upgrade of the power supply without frying the MOBO?  The original PSU was a 250w.

  • HP Pavilion HPE h8 - 1285 g-d mobo doesn't support Kingston pc3 12800 (1600 MHz)

    Buy Hp Pavilion HPE h8 - 1285d that comes with hp 4 GB ddr3-1600 in mid-August 2012.

Motherboard is IPMMB-FM (Formosa). Product H1N22AA number

Need another 4 GB of ddr3-1600 to 8GB ddr-1600. Buy Kingston HyperX 8 GB 1600 Mhz DD3 (set of 2).

Try it, motherboard is worth 8 GB 1333 Mhz DDR3.

HP technicians try and fix it, but to no avail. No choice but to buy only HP brand 4 GB ddr-1600.

The motherboard can now read as 8 GB ddr-1600 (Dual channel).

My question is why can't the motherboard stand NOT Kingston HyperX but ONLY from HP?

Then it defeats the purpose in information release of products where under memory upgrade information

    Supports modules DIMM DD3

    -PC3 10600 (1333 Mhz)

    -PC3 12800 (1600 Mhz)

No particular BRAND is mentioned for PC3-12800 (1600 Mhz). If the product information reported

that HP can only take over the PC3 12800 (1600 Mhz), I would certainly NOT bought the PC in the first

    place.

    Can do something about it?

Formosa has chipset Intel Z75 about it, so I'm not sure what this mobo can support Kingston HyperX DIMM. Based on the link below to Kingston memory FAQ, this particluar DIMM only works on the motherboard with a chipset of Intel Sandy bridge Z68.  This means that the Kingston HyperX DIMM you bought is not compatible with motherboard Formosa.

    http://www.Kingston.com/us/memory/HyperX/FAQs?cat=HyperX-Mkt-FAQ

How will I know if my system can support HyperX Plug n Play?

Rep. : Your system supports HyperX Plug and Play as long as you meet the following criteria: your system must use a second generation Core i5 or Core i7 processor, a Sandy Bridge P67 or chipset Z68

Hope this helps and sorry for the trouble there cause on your side.

  • Question of replacement HP Pavilion a6333w MoBo system # KC746AA #ABA (ECS MCP61PM-HM)

I'm working on one of these AM2 Athlon 64 X 2 4800 + (Windows Vista Home Premium with Windows Media
Critters Center (32 bit)) to a customer (slowdowns, BSOD, boots, hangs / freezes).

After doing thorough hardware tests (PSU, CPU, RAM and HARD drive are all very well) and make a Visual examination very closer to the MoBo, I found that at least nine of the 1800uf TK 63 caps are slightly 'dished' to the Crown and while he has not failed completely, this isn't only a matter of time, if it fails.

I came to the inevitable conclusion that it is not worth the time I put in, a lot less time and effort involved in recapping this beast, so I recommend that you replace the MoBo, preferably with an ASUS that can use its RAM, cards and CPU.

I would like to make a restore of the system since the existing D partition, but makes the question of "HP image restore and sign up OK with a"big"change like MoBO make and model or is"indexed"to an Image type particular MoBo ID?

NOTE: The customer has lost his recovery CD in a gesture!  Big surprise!

    TIA!
