  • Dell bluetooth keyboard has stopped working

I have a dell keyboard and mouse bluetooth.  The mouse works fine, but the keyboard has stopped working. Batteries are fine. Cannot 'discover' the keyboard because I don't seem to have any device options 'bluetooth' in my control panel devices. Any ideas?

Contact Dell or just buy a new keyboard.  Wired are really not expensive - I bought one for $9 that works very well.

  • Mouse Wireless Dell Inspiron 2320 & keyboard unresponsive

So today, I discovered that the mouse and keyboard no longer work with the all-in-one device, I.  I replaced the batteries and also hooked to a keyboard and a wired mouse.  If I launch the Dell and press F2 or F12 I can use the wireless keyboard, but once the system is in place at the main screen I can not connect using keystrokes or mouse.  Can someone please respond and tell me what I should do next.  I checked the forum, but did nothing found and went to the support site and found nothing more.  I need to get the device upwards, but not sure where to go next.

Thanks in advance for support or a response to this post.

Are the totally separate keyboard and mouse or do they share a single or shared USB connection?  Have you tried one or several different USB 2 ports?

Was this an upgrade from a previous version of Windows or a clean install of win 10 (what version)?

    Try this for starters:

    1. Turn off and unplug the cable from the PC, not just the wall
    2. Disconnect all external devices, including the mouse and the keyboard, including wireless dongle, if used
    3. Power button press / hold for about 30 seconds
    4. Reconnect the only USB mouse and keyboard (try wireless, if who preferred)
    5. Reconnect the power cord to PC
    6. Reset
  • USB mouse and keyboard suddenly stopped working

My USB connected Microsoft USB Bluetooth mouse and keyboard suddenly stopped working today. After researching everything I could, I didall that I could find as a possible solution that has been:

    • Update of the chipsets
    • Uninstalling usb in Device Manager and reboot devices
    • Updated via Device Manager, usb devices
    • Reformatting and reinstalling Windows 7
    • Stop, unplug and allow the card mother "reset".
    • Try multiple ports
    • There is no 'connect' button on my mouse so I can not sure try this
    • Replace the batteries in my mouse
    • Obviously both devices have been connected
    • Updated the software for the mouse

I have tried literally everything I could think of or read previously and I am out of options. Oddly enough however, after reformatting and reinstalling windows, my USB storage device is found and is working, but the keyboard and mouse are not. Please don't bother not suggest anything I listed above, I obviously already tried and found no chance.

    Update
I have solved my problem. For later use, if anyone has this problem and no other solution seems not work; That's what I did.

I bought a USB 2 ports PCI card and installed in my computer, then go back to Windows XP. While my original front and rear USB ports still recognize a flash drive, they do not recognize the keyboard or USB mouse, make ports PCI card. I had also updated ALL the updates of windows on the site, not the auto update available on the desktop. Although I don't know the cause, I am certain that somewhere, something was is altered by the hardware or software, and my default USB ports do not recognize mouse or keyboards.

Another piece of knowledge in case anyone is interested; I use a card mother gigabyte s-series and my nvidia video card GeForce previously is no longer recognized in the port, it would cause my computer go into a State of hibernation and the monitor would go into "Analog Power Saving Mode". The only solution was to spend a friend with my video card. (Its graphics card is a GeForce 9800 GTX, mine was a GeForce 9800 GT. No reason why it should make a difference.) According to me, even if my computer is less than two years old, I was sold a bad mother. I read online cases in other forums for technical support of people having the same problem. Gigabyte motherboards stop random ports for no known reason.

  • Mouse Microsoft Wedge does not work on Windows RT.

Original title: Wedge Touch Mouse with Windows RT on VivoTab RT

    Hello, everyone.

I've got MS Wedge mouse to use with ASUS RT enrich your life, so it has some issues. The principal is lagging standing of moving the pointer. I think it's a problem of drivers, because it lags behind more when a process performs (web page loads, for example). But even more interesting is that gal becomes extremely huge when I plug in, the perception of the cord to the tablet.

It is important to say that another mouse Bluetooth from another provider does not have this problem. There is of course no scroll kinetic touch but it costs 5 times cheaper and works quite well!

Hope someone has a solution for this problem. Thank you.

UPD: it seems that this problem is due to the WiFi Broadcom adapter. Turn Wi - Fi off stops late pointer but you leave = connectionless) editing the properties of the adapter does not work.

I solved my problem by defining "Bluetooth Collaboration" parameter set to "Disabled network card." Hope this will help you with your question. Good luck.
