  I think that it is a bug of the CVI.

  This is how it works:

  Most likely, the status column has been inadvertently disabled or moved too far to the right to show him in the Panel. Drag the Panel in an area open to your screen and drag its right edge to make it wider. TM shows the centre network and sharing as 'running', although there is no indication on the screen, except the title and the circle of rotation.
