Movements of the taskbar
My taskbar moves up and down, despite the fact that I have checked the box "Lock the taskbar" in the menu taskdown. I need to keep static at the bottom of my office. Please help it's driving me crazy. Thank you. My operating system is Windows Vista.
If the taskbar's behavior correctly in the new admin account, then I suggest that your new admin account is corrupted.
In this case, take a look at this tutorial what to do with a corrupted profile:

Note: You must have at least three user accounts on the computer to perform these operations, including the new account that you created for the benefit of others looking for answers, please mark as answer suggestion if it solves your problem.

Although by default, the taskbar is displayed on the bottom of the screen,
It can be on any of the sides on what you prefer. To move any
side to side, simply click an unused portion and drag
where you want it. Don't forget to click inside it, not on the edge.
by clicking on the edge and dragging will resize not move.If it does not move, it can be locked. In this case, right click on it
and uncheck "Lock the taskbar", then try again. Moreover, with the screen monitors wide today, I prefer the taskbar
on the left or the right of the screen. I think that allows a better
use of real estate than have it at the bottom of screen.Ken Blake

How can I move the taskbar back to the bottom?
Help please. How can I move the taskbar to back down on the side?
Hello
try to do this:
To unlock the taskbar
Right-click an empty space on the taskbar. If Lock the taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked. You can unlock it by clicking Lock the taskbar, which removes the check mark.
To move the taskbar
Click an empty space on the taskbar, and then hold down the mouse button as you drag the taskbar to one of the four edges of the desktop. When the taskbar is where you want it, release the mouse button.
Note
To lock the taskbar into place, right-click an empty space on the taskbar, and then click Lock the taskbar so that the check mark appears. Locking the taskbar helps prevent it being moved or resized accidentally.

move the taskbar from the square to the line at the bottom of the screen
The taskbar was somehow moved from the bottom on the side. When you move back down, now is a double line square in the lower corner instead of a single line. How can I change to a bottom line?
Hi BonnieMallmann,
Do you mean that you can see the time and day in the field of the clock? You can resize your taskbar, take your pointer over start button-> it will become double vertical arrow head, now press your left button of the mouse (so that its two heads) and move it further down the screen as you wish.
I hope this helps.

I want that they start on the left and run through the whole (not just two value windows) task bar so I can see all and switch between them by clicking on them.
Right-click on the taskbar and unlock it. There will be low vertical bars between the sections of the taskbar. Place the cursor on one and drag it to the left. You have to play a little, but you will get it. -
