Previously, I was using a wireless router Linksys with an old box of AT & T internet with no problems.   Finally, I realized that for me.  With Windows Explorer, click a shared folder in the left pane so that all shared files are visible on the right.  Select (highlight) all the files, then right click on one and when the window opens, click on: "share...." ».  Then click on: "Stop sharing" and to sit back and wait a few minutes.  I have no idea why, but it takes for-ev-er to run the "stop sharing".  Once the files 'no sharing', then you right click on the folder and do the same thing with her.  Be prepared to spend a lot of time to exercise, according to the number of files shared.

  Always start at the lowest level (deeper?) and backward from there.  You can not cancel sharing a folder until all the files inside are shared.

  I have Win7 on a PC, I have a shared folder, call the "SharedFolder". Sharing dossier_partage I set all permissions for everyone.

  Everything looks great when I access dossier_partage from other computers on the network.

  Then, from the PC where dossier_partage is located, I create a new file inside dossier_partage and here is the problem: the new file is not shared. If I share this file put the permissions for all the world (just readonly or r/w or whatever), I can see it on the network.

  So, it's very annoying. How can I tell windows to share all the files I put in this folder?

  Both computers have the same advanced sharing settings:
   
  Turn on network discovery
  Open file and printer sharing
  Turn on public folder sharing
  Streaming media is off
  Use 128-bit encryption
  Turn on password protected sharing
  Homegroup connection is not used, but is set to 'use user accounts and passwords'.

  Try to disable the Antivirus/Firewall...
  just off the "password protected sharing" for the private network.
  turn off the option "password protected sharing" and also the option "public folder sharing" to allow other computers see my public folder by default. You can perform these steps in the home or public network.

It works only a few times, and it's really frustrating, because it is the only computer that does not connect to the internet, even with a ethernet cable. Please find a solution as soon as possible.   When you use Blackberry Desktop, I get an error message when I run a module, e/g, synchronization, I need to be connected to the internet.  The dialoge box asks if I want to cancel or restart.  New attempt to strike does not change the result.  I am connected and B Desktop does not recognize the connection... This also happens with the module used to move data to another blackberry or other pda.  ??? Help!

• Remote device does not accept the connection since W7 re - install.

  Since then reinstall it W7 Pro, I'm now no longer able to map a network drive on a NAS on the network. The NAS device is visible to all other domestic uses (Sonos, Internet TV, etc) and can be accessed via the front view in a web browser without any problem. I can PING the device and don't get a response, so no problems with the device itself (which was untouched before, during or after re-setup of W7).

  Just cannot map a network drive!

  Tried to disable the firewall etc, but still no luck. Also checked that all relevant services are running.

  Someone has ideas that more I can do to get my laptop to talk to it as a network drive?

  When I enter the ip address of the NAS and click 'Finish' to the card, I get the following dialogue:

  The remote device or resource does not accept the connection
  The device or resource to 192.168.x.xxx is not configured to accept connections on port 'file sharing and printers (SMB).

  any help would be greatly appreciated.
