  Anyone know the secret to get a real person on the phone at Adobe?  These cat overseas representatives are not cut it!  I have a detailed transcript of a chat where the rep has no idea and can't even articulate their responses well enough to be called support. My problem is simple:

  Last month, Adobe somehow has not received my automatic membership via PayPal payment, even if the PayPal transaction has been completed, and the funds have been removed and delivered (I have documentation that Adobe don't want to watch).

  I used the support available to me - a poor attempt at a service of cat - nothing works.  The representative was informed of the situation and proceeded to charge me for the service once again, even though I told them I had already been charged, and it was a mistake on their part.  Now I have an another $49.99 charge on my account.  So that re - activate my subscription, it wasn't what I asked.  When I contacted PayPal about this, their response was to cancel my subscription, completely, but still no refund my second count (they also have a system of foreign aid, under normal)...  Now, I'm in the 'warning' of 30 days period before my service is completely turned off and not sure if I want to trust Adobe to my money, once again.  I contacted my bank - that should be a last resort, but I guess that is where I am, now.  They are willing to work with me, because I can pick up the phone and explain the situation to them.  Why I can't do this with Adobe?

  My last option is to take advantage of free legal assistance for my company and sue Adobe for $49.99, which seems silly, until you realize that it's free, and Disney has AMAZING lawyers at our disposal.  Is this really necessary?  Why am I put through so much aggravation due to the error of Adobe?  If I return, I would expect compensation for my trouble.  At least a few months of free service for the overload and my months of unrest.  Otherwise, affinity looking really tempting...

Whenever I try to run the installer for the software as a whole and the driver OR the base drivers it tells me that the computer has USB drivers or USB ports, so it can not install. The computer has of course these things. This happens even if I'm putting in place a bluetooth connection via the software and USB connection.

  Try following these steps and let me know if that can help you:

  (1) Windows 7, type folder in the search bar and open the folder Temp of litsted.

  (2) locate and open the folder of installation of HP, he will start with the characters of 7z (e.g. 7zs1234)

  Trial of Fireworks does not work and there is no link for 'Refresh '. Dreamweaver and Fireworks are all I care. I used to have a full version of Fireworks from 3 Fireworks and improved that a time or two. After moving from Texas to California, then back to Texas, I lost the paperwork that I had on my purchases, my email address that I used then changed several times. I really don't like to pay $50 a month for access to ALL CC applications. I'm only looking to have Dreamweaver and Fireworks. I would like to try the new version of fireworks at the moment a little longer before making a decision to put money down. Is it possible to make it work?

  This could be due to a corrupted preferences file. This file can go 'funny' and is then responsible for all types of strange behavior of Lr. The repair is to replace the preferences file.

  BTW: Resettlement Lr does not replace the file prefs, since it seeks to 'survive' updates.

• Four of the files for the most recent update will not load.

  KB2345035, KB2344993, KB2344875 and KB2345043 updates do not load after that several attempts with a code 'unknown error (646)' reported.  Any ideas?

I inserted the disc by the manufacturer, but the pilots has not can be detected. Has attempted to launch "Setup" on the disc, but received a material not found error message. Yellow mark points to "Other devices" and the hyphen "VGA Display adapters". No 'monitor' in Device Manager. Tried to turn off the windows firewall and Virus software. I tried windows update. Still have a problem. What's wrong?

  I tried again since my last email with the problem where I couldn't find the program once it is downloaded, and alongside the race/Save little was downloaded files. I clicked on it and watched the sp54931.ex download in a folder "view and track downloads. I then told run this and asked that my administrative password. I thought here goes while I'm waiting for a response from you, nothing to lose to new and low and here is the update for the new Version HP Support Assistant downloaded correctly. Since then, I had a glance in the desktop program and there is no warning, everything is up-to-date.

  If all is well now and I can't thank you enough for all your help to try to solve this problem for me. You are the experts, and I was just lucky. I sincerely thank you.
