  Yesterday I decided to do a complete factory reset and that seems to have solved the problem.

  Well I did two resets to the factory, first one that I na not wipe data and which seems to be a problem and I did another this time hide all, good thing I have most things on the sd card backup.

Last week the user is said to have received the error "spooler subsystem app stopped working. the spooler stops and I would need to manually restart it. I put the properties to resrt after 1 minute. A bad solution as the best. User if dosen't care she will be restrat if its offline when it is needed. I have treid several tips on the internet without success.
