  Hkcmd.exe seems to be an interpreter of Intel hot key... If you do not use this feature, you should be able to go to the control panel-> Intel Extreme Graphics-> Hot Keys and turn it off.

  Otherwise, consider using Sysinternals Autoruns for example to locate and disable auto-start for hkcmd.exe.

  This problem may occur if there are incorrect settings in Task Scheduler.

  Perform the steps mentioned below and see if it helps.

  a: Start Task Scheduler type in the search box and click on enter.

  b: Expand and go to the Task Scheduler Library -> Microsoft -> Windows -> CARS.

  c: Click the View menuand then enable Show hidden tasks (so that a check mark appears next to it).
