My Clip + boots then immediately farewell and closes

This is a refurb and Sansa does not guarantee the refurb. It is garbage?

I poked at it for hours. Discovered that she would stay if I held the left right keys with my thumbs, you press power with my index finger and released button the buttons left and right when he started.

To update the firmware, I pasted the file clppa.bin in the folder "internal memory". I received the message that the firmware has been updated, but the Clip will not always accept the songs.

I went into settings - control panel - Format and formatted the disk.

It's fixed! Thanks Black Rectangle!

  • What to do when an application loads, and then immediately closes?

I use Muse CC 20141. It worked fine a few days ago. When I launched this morning preferences seem to be scrambled: the scope of the application has been activated (I never do that) and the panels on the right had a weird configuration that I've ever done. As I straighten my signs the program quit abruptly. Now immediately, it closes as soon as it is launched. On OSX.9.5, I fixed disk utility permissions and restarted the computer. The problem persisted. Then, I uninstalled and reinstalled Muse, but the problem remains. None of my other apps CC have been affected.

    Any suggestions to fix this?

    Akshay,

The problem is finally solved. I tried Adobe cat without success, but phone support finally reached. As I suspected, it was a corrupt preference.

In case someone else has the same problem, here is the solution step by step on a Mac system.

    In the finder, type cmd/SHIFT-G

    Go to the folder ~/Library

In preferences, delete the Adobe Muse CC folder, then empty the trash.

    Restart Muse. It finally works!

I installed G10-ebook but when open it and write down the username and password it starts and stops immediately and closes what should I do?

    Hello

Step 1: Check if the problem persists in the clean boot state.

From your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".

    Reference:
How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:
    1. click on start and then click Run.
    2. type msconfig and click OK.
The System Configuration Utility dialog box appears.
    3. click on the tab general, click Normal Startup - load all services and device drivers and then click OK.
    4. When prompted, click on restart to restart the computer.

Step 2: Also, look for error messages in the event viewer. If you find error messages after return the exact error message so that we can help you better.

When I try to install the Sims House Party, the installer launches and then immediately closes, gives me the error "0 x 80040707 - call function DLL crashed: SORTS." PathGetSpecialFolder.

According to the compatility of Windows 7, the House Party is compatible under 64-bit and 32-bit Windows 7. I tried to install it on another computer running Windows 7 32 bit and the error does not occur.

I am running Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

Looks like that method 1 solved my problem.  Normally, I would get this message several times a day.  For more than 3 hours I applied the method 1, and the error has not appeared again.  Thank you very much.

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

BCC 116 and 117 are called video time out and recover and are associated with the video subsystem.  Most often related to a driver, but they can also be linked to the heat, overclocking and occasionally in powered power supplies.

The user will often see "no has your video stopped and recovered", but ultimately it will not be able to recover.

    Details

"Is not a real crash, in the sense that the blue screen was launched only because the combination of material and video driver video was insensitive . "

The first step would be to install the most recent driver, (completely remove the current driver and installing the latest driver available),. and continues to malfunction, return to a much older pilot that some new drivers are somewhat bugs. If playing with video driver versions did not help, make sure that the box is not overheated.

In the recent "Timeout detection and recovery' operating systems (TDR) of the video subsystem OS components were capable of making really impressive things to try to find issues that resulted in BONES as soon as XP crashing.

As a last resort, the TDR subsystem sends a video driver command "Please restart you now!" and wait a few seconds.
If there is no answer, the BONE concludes that the combo of driver/hardware video has really collapsed in a heap, and it fires at this stop 0 x 116 BSOD.

If you have a desktop computer, try removing a side panel and a sector large fan directly to the motherboard and GPU.
Run it like that for a few hours or days - long enough to check whether the cooler temperatures make a difference.

If so, it could be as simple as dust accumulation and inadequate cooling afterwards.

I download cpu-z and gpu-z (both free) and keep an eye on the video time

If this is not a driver and not heat it's time to start checking the hardware by running a GPU stress test

Try this free video stress test: http://www.ozone3d.NET/benchmarks/fur/
    FurMark Setup:

-If you have more than one GPU, select Multi-GPU during installation
-In the run, select "Test of stability" and "Journal of the GPU temperature.
-Click on 'Go' to start the test
-Run the test until the temperature of the GPU maxes - or until you start to have problems (whichever comes first)
    -Click on "Exit" to exit
