MY clock display

My clock display shows the time and the day.  But I think that it is used to display the date also.  Is this true?  And if this is the case, what should I do so that it can display?

Thank you

Increase to 3 rows by dragging the edge. Make sure the taskbar are not locked when you try to increase.

I use T-Clock with a bar tasks of the 2 line to get all crammed in. You want to use "custom time format" and then use something like this: h:nn tt\ndddd\nmm/DD/YY.

    Something like this should work:

           int handle = CodeModuleManager.getModuleHandle("net_rim_bb_clock");

            System.out.println("The handle is " + handle);
            ApplicationManager appMan = ApplicationManager.getApplicationManager();
            ApplicationDescriptor[] descriptors = CodeModuleManager.getApplicationDescriptors(handle);

    The device should be plugged and night mode. Click the button to turn the unit standby, and then click New to display the lock screen. Slide slowly down from the top (like the shadow of the pull down), all the way down to put in bedside mode.

  • BlackBerry smartphones will not show the clock display to the external monitor

    Just bought this phone and can't seem to find a way to keep the clock on the flip cover page display

    Do you clock for a minute or two and it becomes empty, if yes, this is normal. You can lengthen the time that the backlight stays on in options > keyboard/screen.

  • Digital clock displays but is not updated in time

    This is the code that I have on board animate under compostionReady:

    function updateClock)

    {

    currentTime var = new Date ();

    var currentHours = currentTime.getHours ();

    var currentMinutes = currentTime.getMinutes ();

    var currentSeconds = currentTime.getSeconds ();

    currentMinutes = (currentMinutes < 10? ('0': "") + currentMinutes;

    currentSeconds = (currentSeconds < 10? ('0': "") + currentSeconds;

    Choose 'AM' or 'PM' as appropriate

    var timeOfDay = (currentHours < 12)? « AM » : « H » ;

    If necessary, convert the hours component in 12-hour format

    Hello

    Well, setInterval() must be the function [updateClock()].

    I rewrite your code using the dashboard API: sym.$("clock") is a text box on the stage.

    I like setTimeout().

    compositionReady:

    function updateClock() {}

    var updateClock = function() {}

    var clock = sym.$("clock"); //

    currentTime var = new Date ();

    var currentHours = currentTime.getHours ();

    var currentMinutes = currentTime.getMinutes ();

    var currentSeconds = currentTime.getSeconds ();

    currentMinutes = (currentMinutes< 10="" "0"="" :="" ""="" )="" +="">

    currentSeconds = (currentSeconds< 10="" "0"="" :="" ""="" )="" +="">

    timeOfDay var = (currentHours< 12="" )="" "am"="" :="">

    currentHours = (currentHours > 12)? currentHours - 12: currentHours;

    currentHours = (currentHours == 0)? 12: currentHours;

    var currentTimeString = currentHours + ":" + currentMinutes + ":" + currentSeconds + "" + timeOfDay;

    Clock.html (currentTimeString); //

    setTimeout (updateClock, 1000); //

    document.getElementById("Stage_clock").firstChild.nodeValue = currentTimeString;

    setInterval ('updateClock ()', 1000);

    };

    updateClock();

  • IDS Sensor clock display inconsistencies?

    Hi all

    don't know if anyone has found it before. When I connect to my sensors IDS via SSH using a standard account the command "show clock" gives me an answer an hour earlier than planned. The sensor is configured to use NTP, and I suspected that the problem is with the summertime daylight savings settings.

    However, isn't there it gets a little confused: when I connect the sensor using the service account (Linux OS), the system time seems to be OK.

    I tried to take the ntp server to the equation with little success. What tends to happen is that when I enter in a time maunually, it sill subtracts an hour? (for example I go to 14:00 and "show clock" tells me that the time is 13:00) The impression I get is that the sensor is not analyzed properly advanced economy settings.

    Another question in this regard is that the Zone name and the names of the DST Zone are of importance or are they simply focus on naming variables? We are located in Sydney, Australia, so I smply Mater WAS for both. Thanks in advance.

    There is a bug in DDT cisco written against this problem:

    CSCed61826 - IDS summer time / dst incorrect show for the area of the southern hemisphere

    Description:

    If you have installed summertime (spanning the new year) and

    your time is during the summer AND past January 1, then

    on/off time are in error was calculated for the following

    Summertime (the following year).

    Please find below the result

    to see the clock det before reboot and after reboot.

    Before the reset:

    4215-1 # sh clock det

    * 12:53:01 AEDST Sunday, February 1, 2004

    No time source

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 5, 2003

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Tuesday, March 30, 2004

    After the reset and ID is:

    4215-1 # sh clock det

    * 01: 55:53 UTC Sunday, February 1, 2004

    No time source

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 3, 2004

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Monday, March 28, 2005

    (SEE here it's show WAS instead of AEDST, and it seems

    to be moved to the new year because summer time start and stop

    2004 and 2005 already, instead of the supposed 2003 to 2004 yet)

    4215-1 # sh clock det

    * 11: 56:27 EAST Sunday, February 1, 2004

    No time source

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 3, 2004

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Monday, March 28, 2005

    (For that to be fixed I have to make the system get the sorrect)

    Summert-start and stop years 2003 and 2004, then he would get

    February corrected again to AEDST)

    4215-1 # clock set 13:18 November 1, 2003

    4215-1 # sh clock det

    * 12:18:02 WAS Saturday, November 1, 2003

    No time source

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 5, 2003

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Tuesday, March 30, 2004

    4215-1 # clock set 13:18 February 3, 2004

    4215-1 # sh clock det

    * 13:18:01 am AEDST on Tuesday, February 3, 2004

    No time source

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 5, 2003

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Tuesday, March 30, 2004

    4215 1 #.

    In addition, if I play then with clock as I do November

    2004, then DST moves for 2004-2005, once again, and if I come back

    for February, then he would show as WAS once again, not AEDST.

    4215-1 # clock set 13:18 November 1, 2004

    4215-1 # sh clock det

    * 12:18:03 WAS Monday, November 1, 2004

    No time source

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 3, 2004

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Monday, March 28, 2005

    4215-1 # clock set 13:18 February 3, 2004

    4215-1 # sh clock det

    * 12:18:02 WAS Tuesday, February 3, 2004

    No time source

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 3, 2004

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Monday, March 28, 2005

    4215 1 #.

    workaround solution:

    If configure you summertime (spanning the new year) and your current time is summer

    period AND after January 1, then the summer start/stop times are calculated in error for the

    following summertime (the following year).

    In Australia, the summer time is start Oct, and stop on March.

    In February 2004, it should now be summer time "AEDST" Tuesday, February 3, 2004.

    Show clock retail should have something close to

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 5, 2003

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Tuesday, March 30, 2004.

    However, if the show clock detail shows DST next years:

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 3, 2004

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Monday, March 28, 2005

    Then February would not show the correct time

    "GMT" Tuesday, February 3, 2004

    We can try to correct information in time making you temporarily a year back and in the summer

    period of time, then correct the time again.

    for example:

    4215-1 # clock set 13:18 November 1, 2003

    4215-1 # sh clock det

    * 12:18:02 WAS Saturday, November 1, 2003

    No time source

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 5, 2003

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Tuesday, March 30, 2004

    4215-1 # clock set 13:18 February 3, 2004

    4215-1 # sh clock det

    * 13:18:01 "AEDST" Tuesday, February 3, 2004

    No time source

    Daylight saving time starts at 03:00 AEDST Sunday, October 5, 2003

    DST ends at 01:00 EAST Tuesday, March 30, 2004

  • Clock display wrong

    Hello!

    I have a new Samsung NP350V5X laptop and windows 7 installed top. I noticed that my clock randomly shows wrong time. It's not okay if I manually update the time of the internet and sees it at the right time after I put it far, but whenever I turn off the laptop and turn it on the next day, he shows the wrong time. I searched the net to find answers, but nothing seemed to help.

    Someone has a tip what to do? I thank very you much. :)

    Hi Karina,

    This problem may occur if the CMOS battery has turned bad.

    You can run this fixit and check if that helps.

  • Clock freezes in the docking station

    I have the docking of Milestone 2 and recently I found the clock freezes randomly while my phone is in host mode. The separator flashes but the time does not update. This affects the main clock display and the time in the notification bar.

    If I lift the phone out of the docking station or press the power button two times then the time updates immediately. This problem is intermittent, sometimes the clock works normally, at other times, it will freeze. Earlier tonight for example it froze, I lifted it out successor and it froze again. I repeated the process and it works correctly (for now at least). I restarted the phone, but the issue does not appear to be linked to the availability, as I experienced it immediately after a reboot.

    I have seen this issue a few times on the retail firmware, the Milestone 2 was released last year.

    This question seems to have been fixed with the update, which will be published shortly in Europe.

    I will announce when it is available.

  • System tray clock Freeze

    The system tray clock displayed in the lower right of the screen constantly to update.  When I click on the clock, the SYSTEM clock is running and is accurate.  But the small digital display in the tray stopped and stops again.  I can restart the display by restarting WIndows, but this seems a bit drastic.  My wife uses her clock on time online classes she teaches.  And this morning she is represented () because the status bar clock stopped at 9:10, but the analog clock in real time on the wall says 09:35 when she looked up to her.

    It runs on a HP Pavilion under Vista Home Premium laptop with all the latest patches installed.

    The research of the "freeze system tray clock' do not turn anything relevant.

    When the system tray clock hangs, this means generally that the Explorer has snagged.  Explorer is normally the process responsible for the painting of your taskbar and the system (including the clock) status bar.  However, you can click on the clock itself and get the system time, which suggests that the Explorer always meets the entrance.

    You can try this as an experiment: start Windows in Mode safe mode and see if it happens again.  Safe mode reduces the number of modules at random who embarks.  If Safe Mode makes the problem goes away, you'll know that it is caused by some software or driver you added to the machine.

  • Sony clock

    Why doesn't Sony clock displayed correctly on the lock screen after the last update (ie. hours in minutes "BOLD", in normal conditions)? Also the charge information does not appear on the lock screen while the phone is connected. Really liked these two characteristics, someone at - it a solution?

    This has been posted before, no info on why, or if it will be reinstated

  • Addition of several clocks to the taskbar

    Hello

    I am trying to add another clock in the taskbar beyond two additional clocks which are allowed.

    I navigated to HKEY_CURRENT_USER Panel\TimeDate\AdditionalClocks and found two keys named 1 and 2, which contained the info for clocks.

    I added a key for "AdditionalClocks" named 3 and included the required information, but he did not display the clock.

    I suppose that there is a limit on the number of clocks, but I need knCrystow how to change this limit. I checked on the process using procmon, but I didn't see any reg key that controls the number of clocks. Is it somehow integrated in txres.dll? If so, does anyone know if there is an update for it?

    Thanks in advance,

    Caleb Begly

    Hi marble_tech,

    Unfortunately, you can have only 2 additional clocks (3-clocks displayed); You can use your favorite search engine to look for third party software that will help you in this task.

    Note: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.

    It is recommended that you back up your registry before doing any work.

    Important: problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.
