1 - is your computer hangs / freeze when you wake the computer from sleep mode or when the computer begins to sleep?

I have followed the corrective actions / troubleshooting above and still have the problem.
The computer does NOT lock upwards using Google Chrome. I prefer to use Firefox, however.
I have a laptop Dell Inspiron 1545, using Windows Vista 64-bit
I will try to create a new profile and see if it works.
