'Yes. It has been fixed. And the stupid person who treated, it makes to have Windows XP instead of Vista. »

If you initially installed Vista, read this:

Vista recovery media obtain and/or use the Partition Recovery Vista on your computer to the factory settings .

There is no Vista free download legal available.

Contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send a recovery disk/s Vista set.

Normally, they do this for a cost of $ small.

In addition, ask them if you have a recovery Partition on your computer/laptop to restore it to factory settings.

See if a manual provided with the computer or go to the manufacturer's website, email or you can call for information on how to make a recovery.

Normally, you have to press F10 or F11 at startup to start the recovery process...

Another way I've seen on some models is press F8 and go to a list of startup options, and launch a recovery of standards of plant with it, by selecting the repair option.

Also ask them if it is possible to do the recovery disk/s for the recovery Partition in case of a system Crash or hard drive failure.

They will tell you how to do this.

Every computer manufacturer has their own way of making recovery disk/s.

Or borrow a good Microsoft Vista DVD (not Dell, HP, etc).
A good Vista DVD contains all versions of Vista.
The product key determines which version of Vista is installed.

There are 2 disks of Vista: one for 32-bit operating system, and one for 64-bit operating system.

If install a cleaning is required with a good DVD of Vista (not HP, Dell recovery disks):

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu

If they have access to your PC, they can install any number of malicious programs. My recommendation is to do a clean reinstall of Windows - it's the only way to be sure that your system is clean.

If you have them paid by credit card, tell your card provider immediately what has happenend.

All the data on your computer (passwords, credit card numbers, numbers of account documents, etc.) may have been compromised (they may not know now). According to the companies concerned (for example your bank) what happened.

Use another PC to change passwords.

    Consider telling your local police.

  • "Your computer was unable to start.

    Hello
My parents had recently conditioned my computer in a box to move to another place. (The last time that they packed, a dinosaur HP computer was a failure of the power supply...) Anyway, once we moved into the House, I created my office and once I start I fell on Start Up Repair, saying: my computer was not able to start. There are fixes to this?
I own nothing of a Vista boot CD, a CD of Ubuntu/Linux or any other startup item. I have not downloaded the malware, or if I got a virus.

I tried to do a system restore, and it came with this:
Disk Partition_1(C:) comporte deles de erreurs.)
Windows has detected corruption of system files on (C :) Partition_1. You should check the drive for errors before you can restore it. Now, when I try to boot, it just says: cannot start BOOTMGR. Press CTRL ALT DEL to restart. (Or something like that).

No, it isn't a problem with the hardware, IMHO. If the Player wasn't working, he post a similar message to "no hard disk found or no boot device.  It is more than likely a Vista operating system error. You need a Vista installation disc to fix the problem by following the links, offered by Amrita Mr. manufacturer will sell you gladly the appropriate disks you need. (Dell sent me a disc for less than $20 delivered).

What could cause a hard drive not reading the BONES: 1) corrupted files, 2) wrong turn off the computer while he was writing a file, 3) unplug the power cord if it is lit (see #2). Usually, a strong power down gives you the message that the computer has been properly not arrested, and you have options like the last known good configuration previous, normal start, etc. (everyone has seen this menu, if they have a computer).

This could create a hardware failure is loose wiring or loose component. Or a decrease in G-force, focusing on the motherboard or hard drive. All caused by a bad handling and shipping.

A computer does not create a failure because you move. It is not home-sick or inhabited by an average gremlin. (You will need that).

Important info if you received a STOP Code

If you received a blue error screen, or a stop code, the computer stopped abruptly to protect against data loss. A hardware device, its driver or software might have caused this error. If your copy of Windows is shipped with your computer, contact your computer manufacturer. If you have purchased
Windows separately from your computer, Microsoft provides support. To find contact information for Microsoft or the manufacturer of your computer, Contact Support.

If you have experience with computers and try to recover from this error, follow the steps in the Microsoft article solution STOP (blue screen) errors in Windows.

These actions could prevent a mistake like this does not happen:

    1. Download and install updates for your computer from Windows Update device drivers.
    2. Scan your computer for computer viruses.
    3. Check your hard drive for errors.

    PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA parameters

The following settings are displayed on the blue screen.

    Parameter Description

    1

    The referenced memory address

    2

    0: Read operation

    1: Write operation

    3

Address that referenced memory (if known)

    4

    Reserved

If the driver responsible for the error can be identified, its name is printed on the blue screen and stored in memory location (PUNICODE_STRING) KiBugCheckDriver.

    Cause

Bug control 0 x 50 usually occurs after the installation of a faulty hardware or installation failure of material (usually associated with defective RAM, either main memory, L2 RAM or RAM video cache).

Another common cause is a defective system service installation.

Antivirus software can also trigger this error, as can a corrupted NTFS volume.

    Resolution

    Fix a defective hardware problem:
if the material has been added to the system recently, remove it to see if the error recurs. If the hardware failure existing, remove or replace the faulty component. You must run the diagnostics of material provided by the manufacturer of the system. For more information about these procedures, see the manual of your computer.

    Fix a defective system service:
disable the service and confirm that this resolves the error. If so, contact the manufacturer of the system service on a possible update. If the error occurs during the system startup, restart your computer, and then press F8 to menu mode characters that displays the choice of operating system. In the Windows Advanced Options menu that results, select the last known good Configuration option. This option is most effective when a pilot or a service is added at a time.

    A problem of antivirus software:
disable the program and confirm that this resolves the error. If this is the case, contact the manufacturer of the program about a possible update.

    Fix a corrupted NTFS volume:
run Chkdsk /f /r to detect and repair disk errors. You must reboot the system before the start of the analysis of disk on a system partition. If the SCSI hard disk, check the problems between the SCSI controller and the drive.

Finally, check the system log in Event Viewer for additional error messages that might help determine the device or driver that generated the error. Disable the cache in memory of the BIOS might also resolve it.

    Remarks

In general, this address is in the released memory or simply not valid.

This cannot be protected by a try - except Manager - it can only be protected by a probe.

Our computer was accessed remotely through LogMeIn (rescue), but it seems that the person or the group failed to hack into our computer. • My computer was stolen from an authorized Apple store, but the store refuses to adequately replace my computer. What should I do?

    Good afternoon

I bought my macbook in-store London´s Regent Street and went to visit Colombia. My computer broke down and so I went in an authorized Apple store, INext in Santa Marta. Here is their website: www.inextstore.com.co

On 27 January, after three months of waiting for a spare part (who said they originally would take a week or two to find), I was told the part couldn t be found, and they offered to buy me my computer. I said, I think about it but smelled something suspicious, and returned to the store a few days later to get my computer and the money back guarantee, when another Member of staff told me that it had been stolen on 16 January, that is before the day where they offered to buy my computer! This means that during ten days after the flight, they don't warn me the flight and even tried to hide from me. So, I realized that they had lied to me.

Whatever it is, they offered me a second hand computer to replace my only, but they want to keep the money I paid in advance for the repair, as they claim that my computer was not working. I can't trust them more that they have already lied to me, and they could give me a computer of second hand with no original parts. As of today, they still have the money I paid for the replacement part that never happened and I Don t have a computer.

Nobody knows, outside to report them to the authorities, if there is anything else I can do? I already wrote to Apple to let them know about the behavior of their authorized dealer, but any additional siggestions would be great.

    Thank you!

It's very awkward, Zorba777.   You talk about a country that does not have the kind of laws for the protection of consumers that you will find in the United Kingdom (or USA).   And I imagine that the legal side would be difficult to implement, too.   Anyway...

Advisor Apple was a good idea.   Apple needs to know these things.

If you were there as a tourist, talk to their tourist Office.

If you have a receipt for any of this transaction and was assured, approach your insurers.

If this last road is taken, you must first report the matter as the theft to local police (and get a report number).

Your insurers will require the it.

    Good luck.

No. I have not experienced this before, after having turned off. It seems that your Mac was not completely extinguished before you he packed. Make sure that it is actually stopped before closing the lid.

He said he was with "Windows"?

You should not get cold-calls from computer technical support.  If you do and you do not install a sort of monitoring service you pay a fee for - it's a scam.
