No version of Flash Professional CC in creative cloud application. Only CS6.
I try to install Flash Professional CC on my laptop but there is only the creative cloud application CS6 version. On another laptop, I was able to install CC. The main difference between laptops, it's one with CC installed has English lang pack and Windows 7 and another (with CS6) - Russian lang pack and Windows 8. What should I do to install Flash Professional CC?
Check the system requirements. Apps being not not available means that you do not fullfill all criteria.

Tried to repair / reinstall Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package (x 64) 2012?
If not, try following the steps below:
Leave the creative Cloud desktop application.
Go to Control Panel > program and features.
Under the list of programs, look for " 2012 Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package (x 64)" and uninstall the same.
When you are prompted to " reboot" the computer.
Then uninstall " package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64).
Once you had uninstalled package redistributable Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 (x 64). Click on the link below and "vcredist_x64.exe" download and install the same.
Then launch application creative cloud and try to reinstall Flash Professional and check.

Creative cloud application - only partially functional

I spoke with the service the customer and they have me referred to the discussion forums.
The first problem is that the creative cloud app home Panel never displays anything other than the circular timer. Even after several days, it does still show no content.
The second problem is that I have received two emails indicating that early access to both files and synchronization of fonts is available through my subscription ongoing creative Cloud via the corresponding signs in the creative application of Cloud, but the two panels still show these capabilities are not not available against enamel. The customer support has apparently no information of the early access program.
I did all the usual things, uninstalling, reinstalling etc but not avail. Any help would be appreciated.

I think I solved the problem. I noticed a further mention of the Adobe Creative Cloud Tool Cleaner forum. So after uninstalling and rebooting the machine, I ran the vacuum cleaner and reinstalled. Now everything seems to work.

Whenever I open a creative cloud application adobe (such as Photoshop, Flash, AfterEffects etc.) it takes so long to open, and then after a few seconds, it freezes and I have to close the application ("force quit"). What happens here? Thank you

Uninstall (properly using the uninstall programs) all cc
clean through the use of the Adobe Creative Cloud cleaning tool to solve installation problems
Restart your computer
Reinstall the cc desktop application, https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use the app to install your programs of cc.

I'm trying to download Encore CS6 creative cloud. When I filter the apps to view previous versions of the programs, "Edge animate CC" and "Gaming SDK" are the only apps that appear. I guess there are many more previous versions of apps that should appear, including Encore CS6. I just updated my creative cloud application. My co-workers have also updated their app CC, but they are able to download CS6 still very well the 'previous versions' filter. Does anyone know why this might be happening?

Error 1002 when installing the desktop creative cloud application
I too am a very frustrated Adobe user. I use a Macbook Pro with 10.10.5 as the operating system.
My problem is the same that many other people, I am unable to upgrade Creative Cloud Desktop to the 3.8.0310 version and still get error 1002 to the 2% mark. I have tried virtually all the "stuff" in the book, those recommended by Adobe and those blogs, and nothing works. I have even directly connected to my internet provider, without going through my wi - fi modem and using their connection broadband.
Up to what Adobe ceased to provide Direct download links, I was able to update my software. My problem has always been that Creative Cloud Desktop will put not to date to the next version, and what happened on my first Mac as well. If Adobe wants to stop direct links, so why can he not at least make sure that the application works 100% of the time for 100% of its loyal customers. You are deflected us Adobe with your policies, especially now that many people use other software that may not be as powerful as Adobe programs, but at least they are reliable.

Pleiades_k that you have received error messages when you perform the steps mentioned above? He was facing difficulties to locate the OOBE folder?
I would recommend that you run the utility for uninstalling desktop available creative cloud application during the uninstall of the desktop Adobe Creative cloud application , and then try to reinstall the updated version.

OK Please feel free to post any errors you are receiving Traderjaybird. Many of the newer versions use new download and installation of technology. In particular, this technology allows downloads smaller and more robust. The installation is also optimized to download and install the components required, leading to faster installations. Is one of the advantages of this new technology better compensate for unstable or unreliable Internet connections.
I would recommend reviewing and bookmarks, release for the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application notes to be updated on all the improvements to the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application running.
