  You try to transfer Photoshop CS6 for a new MacPro.  When I enter my serial number, I get the following:

  This must be a valid serial number that I bought the software online Adobe store.

  'Transfer' or 'Migration' of an application is not bad just request it's misfortune requires .

  Always install from scratch, from the original media.

  I upgraded to CS5 Design premium creative suite design standard CS6 (which adobe online store said told me that I could for a such upgrade) and by typing my series CS6 and then to qualify the update the CS5 series he told me that he was NOT a product of qualiying.

  I called Support and they told me to click on the yellow field and give me the number. I got a code to type and it worked until about 30 days later... so Acrobat X Pro and ceased to distill from.

  I ran the Acrobat cleaner and did a reinstall of only Acrobat X Pro... He started... but prompted me to inter my serial number... I did, but then I came up with this message:

  "You have entered the serial number has been revoked." This product may not be approved. Please contact Customer Support.

  Other programs cs6 was still installed, only acrobat X pro has been removed. And guess what... Also, I got the message that the series has been revoked on Indesign, illustratoer, photoshop, and bridge.

  So here I am... once again.

  Please hurry.

  I called support and they fixed with a new serial number.

  Yes. After MUCH debate of live chat (the first rep was very dismissive) - and then talk to the contractor. It turns out a person with a keygen used my serial no as well.

  I then had to prove that I bought with $ via the ancient recipes of Paypal + photos + screencaps. They then unblocked my account and issued me a new serial number.

  so I talked to someone on the chat to adobe but they say they don't provide support for the current version products and told me to talk to Mac... Then I talked to Mac and they told me to ask if adobe has a compatible version for OS Sierra... went back to adobe they gave me icon apple steps - system preferences - security and privacy - blocking - click on download from anywhere - unlock - it did not work and they said the problem is that I use a beta version of the software (Sierra) that's why the error shows and that the solution should have said fixed operating system has not been started and is not tried and tested... I'm going to my version is not beta, because they have officially launched yesterday... and told me to ask adobe to publish an updated version that works on the Mac Sierra...

  Hi, I think I might have a solution, I'm busy now installing CS5 premium on a new installation of sierra, but will let you know if there are problems! I had the same problems as Britz00, very frustrating!

  After I had run the patch to allow 3rd party applications will be installed, (in a terminal such as suggested by K Perkins) instead of a double click on the installer in the terminal I dragged the exec 'install '. by opening a Terminal window and which seemed to work? (open the "Adobe CS5 Design premium Installer", then right click on the 'install' folder and click on "view the contents of the package in the menu drop-down down that pop-up, then double-click the"content"folder, then double-click the"MacOS"folder.") The exec 'Install '. file is the one that I dragged by opening a Terminal window) hope it makes sense. (Sorry, I'm terribly inept to explain technical things in computer)
