  Whenever I launch Fallout 3, it wont let me play for about 5-10 minutes (I timed havn't, but it seems to be pretty random) and then the computer will turn off by itself.   I heard about what past a lot actually. In addition, this game is BUUUUUGY.

  • Reset your default controls
  • Reinstall .NET Framework (because Fallout 3 apparently installs a Beta version on your machine - which is just nasty)

  • Update your drivers

  • Make sure that the game is patched
  • Disable all mods
  • Update your audio driver (if the last update doesn't work, try the beta version if you feel lucky)

  It seems that your iTunes software seems to be stop unexpectedly when you play the music back after about 30 seconds or more. First, I would check to see if there are errors on the disc that need repair:
