    Hi SALEH5139,

Since when are you facing this problem? Have you made the last changes made to the operating system or added a new software or hardware?

I recommend you to uninstall and reinstall the network adapter, do the following steps:

    1. click on start, in the start search box, type Device Manager and then press ENTER.

    2. in Device Manager, look for the network adapter in the list of devices.

    3. right click on the network adapter, and then click Uninstall.

    4. once it is uninstalled, restart the computer.

Once you restart the computer, the network card is installed automatically.

    Check network connectivity.

If the steps above do not work, try ping a few websites and chec if you have connectivity, to do this follow the steps below:

    1. connect to the Internet, click Start, click Run, type the command, and then click OK. Vista users should not run.

Note: If this command does not work, try typing cmd.

    2. at the command prompt, type ping www.cnet.com, and then press ENTER.

Note: If the ping succeeds, at least one of the four race packets sent is received from the destination server to and you will see text that is similar to the following at the command prompt:

    Packets: Sent = 4, received = 4, lost = 0 (0% loss)

Note: If the command in step 2 successfully returns at least one of the four packages, you don't have to perform step 3. Only test ping to step 3, if the step 2 ping test fails.

3 repeat the steps in method 2 using the following two commands until you receive at least a successful ping test, or until you have used the following two commands:

  • Using HP ePrint mobile phone connected to the internet

Hello, I have a strange problem.

I have a printer HP Officejet 4630 e-all-in-one and I want to configure HP ePrint.

I have the internet connection for my laptop, which is the computer that I use. It is also a HP. To set up your account to HP ePrint you need code number of the printer that can be printed from the printer control panel. Once you have the code for the printer, you can then go into your account to add your device. My problem is that my interent connection is the mobile phone that I use to connect my laptop to the internet. Then, the printer is connected to the computer using either the direct wireless feature or by using the supplied USB cable. For this reason, I can't get the code to the printer, the control panel of the printer. I use fixed internet connection, as the mobile phone is used as a modem.

    What should I do?

Can I just phone technical support and ask them to send my printer code?

ADSL ethernet cable must be physically connected to the printer in the same wasy as you would with an internet connection for your computer? If this is the case, I must connect the mobile phone to the printer using the wifi, which I think is possible - to my knowledge.

    Banhien, is that correct?

    Hello

    1. did you of recent changes on the computer?

    Method 1:

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See the link below to learn more about how to clean boot.

  • Unable to connect to the internet! Help?

It stopped working a few days ago and contains the symbol of the triangle. He says its a unidentified network. When trying to troubleshoot it, it says 'Connection to the Local network' is not a valid IP configuration or she can't identify the problem at all.
    What I tried:
-my computer stop and wait 10 seconds as it says
    -restart my router
    -put manually the IP myself
    -go in safe mode
-then some other random attempts to get it to work

You must go about it methodically.  To help you do this, we need to know how your computer is connected to the Internet.

Because you talk about 'Connecting to the Local network' and your "router", it sounds as if your computer is connected to a router using an Ethernet cable.  What is the brand and model of the router at the other end of this Ethernet cable?  If you please, look at the label on the back or the bottom of the unit and include the brand, model and hardware version, if any.

Is this router connected in turn to another device or it be plugged into an outlet on your wall?  If you connect to another device before you plug it into the wall, please give the version of make, model and equipment, if any, of the other device.

You pay for your own Internet service, or connect to a network by a school or a business?

I guess that you do not use this computer to ask your question here.  How is the device you use to ask your question connected to the Internet?  In other words, you use another computer or Smartphone connected to the same router?  If Yes, is it connected by Ethernet or wi - fi?  Or are you just using a smart phone and its cellular data connection?

Basically, you need to determine if the issue is (a) on your computer, (b) in the connection between your computer and your router, your router, (d) (c) in the connection between your router and the Internet (which includes internal and external cabling, server of your ISP and other things all out of your control).  Given the answers to the above questions, I can suggest some tests that will help narrow down where is the problem and then what to do to fix things.

  • Problem with drivers WLan on Dell Inspiron N5010

I recently bought Dell Inspiron N5010 laptop, however, there seems to be a small problem: impossible to get WLan drivers installed.

I use Windows 7 (x 64 Edition). On the Device Manager under "Other devices" there is an unknown 'network controller '.

Tried to install the drivers for Dell drivers & downloads section (Yes, I used my serial number), but there was a problem with the following:

-R252544 for Dell Wireless WLAN 1520 half minicards. Result: "no compatible hardware found. The software you are trying to install is not supported on this system. The software will not be installed. "Half Mini Card

-R247430 for link Intel (R) Intel WiMAX 6250. Result: "this software package cannot be installed on your system."

-R252283 for Intel Intel(r) WiFi Link 6200 "no compatible hardware detected. The software you are trying to install is not supported on this system. The software will not be installed. »

All these messages to appear just after you run the Setup program. Other drivers have been installed successfully and in good order.

I assume you have three possibilities: -.

    (1) you can visit http://supportapj.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx?c=in&l=en&s=gen and make the right choices...

    or

    (2) visit the support section of the material suppliers Web site (it's Broadcom Corp.)

    or, if even this does not solve your problem;

    (3) install software like Driver Genius Pro... that would solve all hardwre driver problems related with certainty at 100%.

Hope I helped solve your problem...

The network port is the port on the laptop (it is not that large - look around) that looks like a large phone connection.

You have a router/network to connect to and a cable network to connect with?
