My HP Deskjet 3520 changes margins when printing both sides of paper
When I set the margins and font size and print one page with no impression both set of sides (I use Windows 7), then the page will print as shown. If I use multiplex manual print correctly on both sides of the paper. However if I am printing two pages by clicking on properties and choose print on both sides, flip on the long side, then decreases the font size and increase margins.
Is there a way to fix this?
The problem with automatic two-sided printing causing your text to change is due to the printer by increasing its margins for the duplexer inside the printer to retrieve the page and flip it around. It is a function of the printer and cannot be changed. The only workaround is to return the page to the hand or adjust the margins on the front to match the rear.
-Text or Image to be printed is Cut Off on one side- this document is the closest thing I could find that answers your question directly. Sorry, I couldn't be more helpful, but there is really nothing that can be done. I would like to know if I can be of any assistance, however, as I am happy to help you.

HP LaserJet P1102 cannot print both sides of the paper
I updated my Windows 8 Windows 8.1 and now I can't print both sides of the paper.
In my old Windows 8 my printer HP LaserJet P1102 printed the odd sides of the document, then a pop-up window appears and when I click on the 'next' botton and submit the documents to the printer printed the sides of the document. After that the Windows update in the context menu does not appear, so the printer simply prints the odd sides and then nothing happens (just the red flashing on the printer).
I tried to update the driver (downloaded from your site), but nothing has changed.
I hope that you can add some useful tips and I can solve this huge problem.
Thank you!
Hello
I understand that you can print is more on both sides.
When the light flashes try and open and close the lid to see if continues to print.
(there is no button for the printer but which will resume print jobs)
I would do a complete uninstall and reinstall the printer software to see if that makes a difference.
You can download the drivers from this url.http://h10025.www1.HP.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&DLC=en&lang=en&LC=en&product=4110396&
Win8 and Win8.1 drivers are the same Version9.0.
If you need more simply make assistance let me know.
Please let me know if the printer is connected by usb or the installer on a wireless network.

2610 print both sides with Vista
I've recently upgraded to Vista Home 32 bit top, and have the latest version of the software/driver installed. I noticed that I no longer get the "print both sides" option in the Properties window. Is this a Vista problem?
BTW, I say I have the current driver, download it tags like 080.001.237.000, but the solution ID Center told 082.000.242.000 that must be more recent. The update check says: I'm updating.
Thank you
Last update, I found additional assistance with the cat online at HP to install 6500 drivers and how to use them both.
Thank you

two face automatic printing both sides of the page, does not work. Why?
I have a printer with auto print both sides of the page. It does not work. Why?
Some printers require a separate duplex adapter must be installed in the printer. He might be able, but the part is missing. Additionally, make sure that you use the printer drivers printer manufacturers, not those provided with Windows.
Is what printer model?

HP 4630. impossible to automatically print both sides
Hello
My HP Officejet 4630 print automatically on both sides very well. However, after I've deleted and reinstalled the device, I can't print both sides automatically. the printer give me only two options to print. I know if only print one or two faces manually which take longer and more complex.
I tried reinstalling the device but it does not work
My printer is connected by wifi
My computer is running windows 8.1
Best regards
Khiem
Hello Annie,
Welcome to the Forums of HP Support!
I understand that you have lost the ability to automatically duplex printing with the Officejet 4630. Can you go to control panel > printers and devices and right click on the printer. Click Printing Preferences, and see if you can set the duplex option from there.
Definition of duplex here will be a default for all programs. Let me know if you have that option here.
See you soon,.

HP deskjet 3520 scan copy main: print in black ink only
does always change to print in black ink only, or is it possible to save it so I don't have to go properties, advanced to change
Thanks robert
Welcome to the HP community @robert3591,
I read your post want to print in black ink only, from your Deskjet 3520 and how, you do not select this option, every time you print from your Windows Vista system.
I would say to change the option to print in black ink only from "Devices and printer" to contain the parameter always print in black. This is a great detailed post from my colleague @X-23 , which shows all the instructions and screenshots:
Re: I want to only print in black ink
If there are any questions or problems, please let me know! I hope this helps.

In addition, I seem to have a similar problem when printing from my PC, in case it's printing resulting is smaller, it seems to print to a margin size of 1 "on all sides. The only app I've found I can substitute it's Adobe Reader who has options to scale the page.
Any suggestions will be appreciated. TIA.

SHIFT OF MARGIN WHEN PRINTING OR EXPORTING
When I print a document, the page margins will go through about 1/10 ". With portrait orientation, it is a change of left/right where the left margin increases by 1/10 "and the law reduced similarly. With landscape orientation margin increases and decreases from the bottom.
DOCUMENT FORMAT
1 page
uncontrolled facing pages
all bleed & slug set to 0
all margins: 0.5 "
PRINTER SETUP
Page position: centered
Use Document bleed settings: on
I get the same results when you print to a different printer.
I get the same results when you create a PDF file in the file menu: Export/Adobe PDF (Print). The pdf file appears centered on the screen, but printing the results of paper at the same post.
Using InDesign CS5.5 (7.5) VICTORY 8.
Help, please!
Got your files, and I made two changes to help test: I added a pair of rules that run from margin to margin, centered on the page (to be compared with a flange) and added a text label to show which quadrant is at the top right.
I did an export fast in PDF format and printed on my Samsung printer cheap (I'm currently not at my office), as well as direct printing of ID, where I am able to print vertical and 180 degree rotation. I pulled half a dozen or so prints, and they are remarkably constant for an inexpensive printer. The PDF and print native standing are as close as I can say the same, and both asymmetric so is weak and slightly turned the page (perhaps around 1 degree, which is probably due to the study not being loaded perfectly square, or be cut out of square).
Printing of rotation is that which is important. It also aligns biased by the same amount, but on the opposite side. This is confirmed by putting two overlapping developments oriented as they were leaving the printer and looking at one on my improvised (a window) light box. They show without offset to one another. Facing the same direction up/right there is a global offset horizontally and vertically about de.125 inch sur.0325. The real shift for each page would be half of those amounts. It is in performance expected of a desktop like this, printer +/-.0625 in both directions.
Rotation test confirms that the problem is the transport of paper in the printer, but not the file. I see similar performance on my very expensive Xerox Phaser 7800 in the office, with small amounts of derived from sheet to sheet on a long term (a real pain when printing business cards). It's just the nature of the transport mechanism to be a bit. I don't know if your HP has the ability to move the image on the sheet by the driver. If this is the case you can try that, but don't expect perfection.

So I just got a new laptop and I am trying to connect to my printer. I think he has connected all the beautiful and the printer will appear on my laptop. When I go to print something good, it is said that it is printing on my laptop (including indicating the percentage of how much it is printed) before disappearing from the queue on my screen. Nothing happens however on the printer.
When we use another laptop that is connected before, it prints perfectly.
Not really sure what is in place and was hoping someone could help me!
Thank you

HP Officejet 4630:4630 will not print both sides
When printing from Wordperfect or other software gives me is no longer able to select 2 sided. If I select the file > print, I like the pop - up printing. I then click on properties, I give myself the pop-up page layout. I click on advanced, and given a screen than ever, I remember having seen it before, it has only three options in this regard: paper/output, graphics and Document Options. The Document Options has only an option, print in grayscale
How can I get my print double-sided rear?
I only did the following two steps:
- Uninstall the software. Uninstalling the printer software
- Reinstall using the printer HP install wizard for Windows.
And it worked. Now, I can print double-sided.
But, the installation wizard has been a pain. He kept cancel my download just before he finished, and he took a number of re-tent before it worked.

Printer (n911a) e-all-in-one HP Officejet 8600: higher margins when printing Pages
I use a Hp Officejet 8600 (N911a) e-all-in-one model.
Windows 7 64-bit SP1
The printer is updated to the latest versions of firmware and software.
Browsers: IE 10, Firefox Google Chrome 32 26
It is using wireless (wireless router)
When I try to print something, she often prints too large
(for example, when you print a coupon, he eventually print half left of the coupon because half right extends beyond the margin of page). You can only print coupons a limited number of times.
I am able to change the print size in IE 10 by right-clicking > print preview > and size reduction before you print it. Firefox is always printed on the margins.
I tried using the print Hp and Scan troubleshooting utility doctor. It found no errors.
Note: this problem is not occue when I choose to print to a different printer (HP LaserJet Professional M1217nfw MFP)
I am a student, so I insist a lot on this printer. All advice is appreciated.
Thank you!!!

DeskJet 3520 black does not print
I have a 3520e all-in-one Deskjet printer and I just replaced the cartridges in it all, because they were empty. Now, all of a sudden, the black will not print.
I've done all the fixes proposed by the documents of support on this Web site. The cartridges are genuine, I bought them on the HP online store, they are installed correctly and properly ventilated. I had an alignment, but also print head cleaning. I used the app HP Scan and printing doctor who says that there is nothing wrong with my printer.
I don't know what else to try at this point except maybe by yet another cartridge to see if someone else would work. I never had problems with this printer before. I would like suggestions. Thank you!
So far, there is no solution for this problem. Since my camera is out of warranty, I chose to do not call HP because I don't want to pay for a telephone diagnosis that will tell me what I already know: it is a hardware problem. I know now, so it's the printer and not the ink, because I bought and installed an another black print cartridge and still have had no luck. I got a free chat with an agent at best Geek Squad to buy today, who confirmed my suspicions that this is probably a hardware problem. I'll take the camera this weekend at their shop for repair.
