My iPhone 6 s + 9.2.1 - safari continues to crash if I try to type in the search bar.

clear cache/history/bookmarks hard reset, turn phone on/off, restart safari...

None of them have worked. What can I do?

a month ago, my phone should be taken into Apple in damages, and they replaced this phone with this current one. Now I have problems with it. The largest is safari crashing. I can navigate by clicking on the bookmark Google and typing in their search bar. But if I type in the address bar of safari... I can't even past the first letter.

Pls help...

Try resetting your device. This will not erase your data stored on that device.

  • Press and hold the sleep/wake button
  • Press and hold the Home button
  • Press and hold both buttons until the display turns off and on again with the Apple logo on the subject.

Alternatively, you can go to settings - general - reset - Reset all settings

If that doesn't work, restore your device to factory settings. Please note that this will delete the data on your device.

Take a look this Apple Support article: use iTunes to restore the iPhone, iPad or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support.
