  Have you tried other USB devices such as a USB or disk external DRIVE with USB interface? Normally you n t need additional drivers for most USB devices except printers for example.

  More I recommend removing all the USB ports on the Device Manager and then restart the laptop.

  After posting my Q, I decided ry as troubleshooting steps myself since I found nothing on Google about this error.

  I slaved the drive via the USB port on my Win7 laptop, then I ran my ZASS virus protection, who come clean, I ran Malwarebytes looking for spyware, which also came clean, so I ran CHKDSK, replaced the drive and it started without the annoying dialog box or the journal the / disconnect vicious.

  Unfortunately it seems that exhausted CHKDSK ~ 110 GB of my concert ~ 130 HD space... know a way to reclaim this free space?

  Even when I open MS office like word or execl program opens a file, but it takes 5 minutes to get active average as it opens, it gets busy. We can open other programs, but not MS office program.

  If you have any other user account on the laptop, try logging in there and see if the problem still occurs. If you are able to connect, sever the computer from the domain. Try the following steps to separate the field.

  If the computer is not connected to a domain and you have not made any changes recently. Try to restore the system using Vista DVD.
  To run the restore of the system using Vista DVD, try the following steps.
  1. start in Vista installation DVD.
  2. choose your language settings, and click Next.

  I recently had problems with viruses etc on my computer and because of its extremely slow performance I want to re install windows vista to make it to its factory settings.  I use a laptop HP 530 which has a HP Backup and Recovery utility, which is able to reinstall windows by using the backup that is held on a separate partition.  My computer is not outside of a work group and I'm the only user on the computer with full administrator privileges.  I know also that the password of my account and mine is the only account set up on the system.
  However, when you attempt to reinstall Vista, when the computer restarts at the beginning I wonder put a username and password.  I tried to leave this blank, enter the username and password for my account and nothing else I can think of.  Annoyingly. I get the error message "the specified domain does not exist or could not be contacted" every time and so I am unable to reinstall windows because I can't get past.  I reinstalled windows in the past and never encountered this problem.  As far as I know that I did not recently, major changes on the system other than the elimination of viruses etc.
  If someone could help me with this, I would greatly appreciate!

  The service that the error message refers is the HP network devices support service. Try this...

  Open the contents of the installation CD, and then open the file "setup." Now you will find either a folder named 'netdevicemanager' or simply 'network '. Open if it is present. Now there should be a file with the same name as the file, but with extension .msi. Right-click on this file and click on uninstall. If you get a message stating that the action applies only to products that have been installed, and then click OK. Restart the computer IF necessary. Now, right-click on the file and click on install. Installation do not normally present a window of 'success' You will just see a bar of progress for a few seconds and disappear. Once this happens, restart the PC and check if the HP Network Device Support or similar service appeared in the list of services.   My laptop has been reloaded from a picture, and I was not able to start the print spooler at all. I have studied the issue and cleaned files and registry entries and was able to print on real printers, but not virtual. That's when I asked the question.

  This identifier Apple is not simply "composed" without any basis.

  • The iPhone is already possessed?  Maybe it's the Apple ID of the previous owner?
  • Maybe it's the Apple ID you entered by mistake at settings > iTunes and App Store?  Or settings > iCloud?
  • Wouldn't be the Apple ID of the owner of the apps?  You use apps (or music or books) someone else bought?
